"Front desk service was excellent. Priscilla was extremely helpful. I did eat crap not noticing the door had a 3-5 inch lip at the entry in the dark and bashed my eye, but I don't blame your establishment for that, it was a major issue though, like 1/4 in h gash. I was c Erying a couple bags and just got bashed."

"The hotel was exceptionally good. We had a suite with a living room and a large balcony. The private beach had big waves, but it was great to have our own beach. The restaurant was delicious, especially one steak whose name I can't recall."

"Good location but lacks some privacy
The hotel is in a great spot — right on the beach with beautiful ocean views just steps away. Perfect base for exploring South Maui and chilling at Keawakapu Beach.
However, the room was a bit smaller than expected, and the biggest downside was the huge glass window facing the hallway — everyone walking by could see straight inside unless we kept the curtains closed all the time. Felt a bit awkward.
Overall still a decent stay because of the location and beach access, but definitely could use some improvements in room layout and privacy."

"Great hotel, room had a small kitchen area which was useful as we cooked in a few nights. Bar area in the evening was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely to sit on tables outside near the pool area. Didn’t use the pool but it looked ok and well used by other guests. Equally there was an outdoor bbq area - very handy. Concierge was extremely helpful recommending places to visit and restaurants. Parking was easy, lots of spaces but have to pay extra per night."

"Loved the pools (they are huge and all connected) and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Everything is beautiful around the hotel, the ocean views and the sunsets are marvelous. The hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is really near from the Wailea shops where you can find everything (there is an ABC store there)… We loved it!."

GGuest UserMy stay at the Andaz Maui was overall very pleasant. Check in was smooth and welcoming, with the ladies receiving fresh flowers and the men brown beads, which made for a warm first impression. The staff also offered special lemonade at check in, and it was honestly one of the most delicious drinks I had on the trip. I’d recommend upgrading to a room with an ocean view, as it really makes a big difference. The non-ocean view room felt a bit dark, while the ocean view room was bright and relaxing. The hotel itself is a nice size, and the beds were soft and very comfortable for sleeping. The amenities were definitely the highlight. The beach was just steps away, complimentary sunscreen was provided, and there were multiple pools with incredible views of the ocean. There were a few downsides though. There was a miscommunication with my request to have the room cleaned. The room did end up nicely cleaned, but I had a slight argument with staff over it, which is not something I’d expect at a 5 star property. The hair dryer could also be upgraded since it’s not Dyson, especially given the nightly rate. Parking was another drawback, as it’s valet only and quite expensive with no self-parking option. Even with those small issues, the Andaz offers beautiful views, thoughtful touches, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it a memorable place to stay.

方方Plus 40 knives a night to upgrade a room with a kitchen and a kitchen. Double hygiene, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen supplies. Parking is free, parking is free, parking is free. I just want to park the free upgrade room is too cost-effective, haha, it turns out that my decision is correct. The bed is also very large, and it is more convenient if you have children. There are several shops, fast food, and gas stations near the hotel. Walk for five minutes to Kihei Beach and swim to watch the sunset. so comfy. I will definitely stay again next time.
