The hotel deserves high praise! We stayed at several hotels during the National Day holiday, and this one was by far the best. Even my child said they wanted to come back next time when we left. We arrived quite late, and two front desk staff members came out to greet us, helped with our luggage, and offered us tea and even a tremella soup. They had prepared toothbrushes and slippers for the child in advance and even provided an extra set of children's toiletries. The breakfast selection was also very rich, with *******, Chinese, and Western options, all exquisitely prepared and delicious. There were also complimentary snacks from Sam's Club in the lobby, which clearly shows the owner's thoughtfulness. They also offered special traditional clothing for guests to wear, perfect for taking great photos around the hotel. What was even more child-friendly was the ability to pick vegetables on-site! Overall, the experience was excellent, and we will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel, nestled in the mountains, is truly unique. The owner is incredibly kind, and I was very satisfied with everything – the service, cleanliness, and facilities. Seeing the sky full of stars at night was a highlight, and even more so when I woke up at 6 AM; the stars were even brighter and only faded as dawn broke around 7 AM. Then, the snow-capped mountains across the way came into view. It's a shame it hadn't snowed recently, so there wasn't much snow, but it was still stunning because of the incredible visibility and how close the mountains felt. Around 8 AM, the 'golden peak' phenomenon (sunlight illuminating the mountain top) appeared, and it felt absolutely worth it. Breakfast was standard but clean and hygienic. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'd love to come back during peak autumn foliage or after a heavy snowfall.

The facilities are very new, and there are four rooms, and the navigation is very convenient to reach. There are disposable bath towels available. It is worthy of praise for the housekeeper's little sister. We arrived very late. We gave us a fireplace as soon as we arrived, and we turned on the floor heating. Due to sudden lightning thunder and thunder, the circuit was cut, but the circuit was repaired soon, and the cooking aunt, who was diligent and kind, kept asking if we were full. Thank you for your warm care ～ Give the boss a small comment, can the faucet be replaced with a shorter one, it is very inconvenient to wash your face ～

This is our second time staying at this hotel. My kids loved it during our last visit, especially the large tatami bed in the room, which was perfect for them to play on. The hotel's design beautifully blends ******* style with a modern aesthetic. The lighting is also brilliantly done—literally every photo turns out amazing, no matter how casually you snap it. On the 7th floor, there’s a cozy space for drinks and coffee, plus a super cute cat named Yuanbao 🐈. The hot spring pool isn't huge, but the view is wonderful. I was initially worried about the cleanliness of the springs, but both times I noticed them draining the water and refilling it with freshly disinfected water around 3:00 PM. That really put my mind at ease—it's very clean. The featured ******* dishes and hot pots at the first-floor restaurant are also highly recommended. Every dish we tried was great and made with fresh ingredients. The staff are very warm and welcoming, and there's even a traditional Hada presentation ceremony right when you walk in, which adds a wonderful sense of ritual.

The room was spacious and the location was excellent. Every evening, there was a Guozhuang dance performance right outside the hotel. The front desk receptionist, Drolma, was beautiful and kind, and her responses were incredibly prompt. Next time I'm in Lixian, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the Bipenggou Scenic Area. Traveling by car is extremely convenient, and there is free parking on-site. Nestled against the mountains and alongside a stream, the environment is serene and quiet. You can enjoy beautiful mountain and forest views right outside your window. The rooms are spacious, clean, and meticulously maintained. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the room features smart home automation, making for a hassle-free stay. The facilities include hot spring pools and a heated indoor swimming pool. Soaking in the hot springs after a day of exploring to relieve the fatigue of hiking is just wonderful. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and quick to respond. They thoughtfully provide tips and precautions for traveling in high-altitude areas, and the breakfast is delicious. Whether you're on a road trip, a family vacation, or traveling with a group, this place is a perfect fit. I will definitely choose Lanyuexi again next time I visit Bipenggou, highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area, making transportation very convenient. It also has an underground parking lot. The owner was exceptionally warm and hospitable. Seeing that we had a large group, they specifically upgraded our room. The room was very clean, and breakfast was quite plentiful. The best part is that the owner thoughtfully asked if we had already had breakfast and if we wanted anything packed to go.

Surrounded by mountains and rivers, the hot springs are comfortable, the room is clean, and the service is warm and attentive. It's the perfect place to unwind and definitely worth revisiting. A special shout-out to Front Desk Agent Xiao Wang for her enthusiastic and excellent service! The breakfast was delicious too!

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, the room has everything you need, and the water pressure is really strong, perfect for a comfortable shower. Cleanliness: It's clean and hygienic, everything is good. Environment: The surrounding area is a campsite where children can have a lot of fun. Many people also camp overnight there, and there's a restaurant. Service: The restaurant management seemed a bit chaotic; we waited an hour and our food still hadn't arrived. The campsite also had a bonfire party, which was very lively.

The facilities are quite complete. The wooden cabins are surrounded by a riot of wildflowers and lush greenery in summer, so the natural setting is absolutely stunning. However, very few of the outdoor hot spring pools were open, and aside from the rooftop infinity pool, only a handful of indoor pools were available. So, the hot spring experience in summer was just so-so. We stayed in a 'Flower Field Cabin,' which felt a bit damp, and a quick glance at the bathroom showed some mold... If you're a clean freak, it's best not to look too closely. But considering we're in the mountains, you can't really complain about these conditions. The breakfast was quite rich, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was pretty good.
