The whole estate felt like the proprietress was hosting everyone herself. She was constantly in the lobby and dining area, greeting guests during check-in and at breakfast the next day. There are also several adorable dogs here that immediately come over for pets! The amenities and breakfast at the hotel are excellent. The lobby offers a variety of snacks, all from Sam's Club, which you can just grab and eat. There's also a massage chair, a fireplace, and more. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms offer direct views of the autumn leaves. In the evening, the large pool in the garden is filled with hot spring water, and soaking in it during cold weather is incredibly comfortable. It's a genuine hot spring, and Guzhou itself is famous for its hot springs. Some room types even have private hot tubs. It's truly relaxing and helps soothe away the fatigue of a long journey.

Extremely satisfied! It was truly a hidden gem! The entire guesthouse was filled with rich ******* charm. All public areas and rooms were exceptionally clean and hygienic (because my child went to play with the kittens in the kitchen, the kitchen was spotless, even the firewood was neatly arranged). The bedding was comfortable and clean, and the room amenities were clearly carefully prepared; even the disposable towels were from Jieliya. The landlady was incredibly hospitable, offering ******* tea and snacks upon check-in and taking us to the pine forest behind the mountain to find mushrooms. The matsutake chicken soup hotpot for dinner was delicious, without any fancy cooking techniques, and the rice was cooked over a wood fire. The Tibetan-style buns for breakfast were handmade and steamed to order, with no pre-made fillings. They even made dumplings especially for our child. Butter tea, ******* tea, and coffee were all-you-can-eat! I'll definitely go back!

The facilities are very new, and there are four rooms, and the navigation is very convenient to reach. There are disposable bath towels available. It is worthy of praise for the housekeeper's little sister. We arrived very late. We gave us a fireplace as soon as we arrived, and we turned on the floor heating. Due to sudden lightning thunder and thunder, the circuit was cut, but the circuit was repaired soon, and the cooking aunt, who was diligent and kind, kept asking if we were full. Thank you for your warm care ～ Give the boss a small comment, can the faucet be replaced with a shorter one, it is very inconvenient to wash your face ～

The environment is excellent, with an authentic ******* vibe. The infinity hot spring offers a first-class experience, and the water quality is wonderfully comfortable. The room is clean with no strange odors, and the facilities are complete. There's also a laundry room, and the underground parking is very convenient, complete with charging stations. The butler service is warm and attentive, and the food and accommodation quality are top-notch. It’s an absolutely fantastic place for a summer getaway and relaxation, highly recommended! The food is also great, especially the cold dishes—a must-try!

I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

This was my first time visiting Lixian, and after browsing many hotels on my phone that I wasn't happy with, I finally chose this one. My experience after checking in was great! They have free parking and an EV charging station right out front. The hotel is connected to a municipal government building, which made me feel very safe, and the environment was quiet. The hotel staff were very thoughtful, and the breakfast was both plentiful and delicious. All the facilities in the room were very clean. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again next time I'm in Lixian!

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, the room has everything you need, and the water pressure is really strong, perfect for a comfortable shower. Cleanliness: It's clean and hygienic, everything is good. Environment: The surrounding area is a campsite where children can have a lot of fun. Many people also camp overnight there, and there's a restaurant. Service: The restaurant management seemed a bit chaotic; we waited an hour and our food still hadn't arrived. The campsite also had a bonfire party, which was very lively.

The facilities are quite complete. The wooden cabins are surrounded by a riot of wildflowers and lush greenery in summer, so the natural setting is absolutely stunning. However, very few of the outdoor hot spring pools were open, and aside from the rooftop infinity pool, only a handful of indoor pools were available. So, the hot spring experience in summer was just so-so. We stayed in a 'Flower Field Cabin,' which felt a bit damp, and a quick glance at the bathroom showed some mold... If you're a clean freak, it's best not to look too closely. But considering we're in the mountains, you can't really complain about these conditions. The breakfast was quite rich, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was pretty good.

Surrounded by mountains and rivers, the hot springs are comfortable, the room is clean, and the service is warm and attentive. It's the perfect place to unwind and definitely worth revisiting.
