YYiketangaaI rarely write reviews. The hotel owners were incredibly kind and provided excellent service. I was traveling alone and sat on the second-floor terrace; it was a bit chilly that day, and they turned on the heater so I could leisurely enjoy the view. It's clear they put a lot of thought into the hotel, and the design was exactly my style.
The room had underfloor heating and air conditioning, and it was very clean.
I really enjoyed the shumai at breakfast.
Because it's a walk-up hotel, the owner was very kind and helped with my luggage.
When I came back in the afternoon to retrieve my luggage, they even turned on the heater for me after I sat down for a while.
The attention to detail was so touching ð I hope the owner's business prospers and their profits increase.

MM274456****Facilities: The curtains and lights are smart home-enabled, which is very convenient. The underfloor heating is excellent; you can even put water on the floor and it'll be warm by morning! Not cold at all.
Environment: The room is quite spacious and clean. The toiletries and towels are all disposable, which is also a plus for hygiene.
Service: The owner is very welcoming and attentive, constantly checking if the breakfast is getting cold! The cats and dogs are super friendly! There's even a small heater under the owner's dining table, which is a thoughtful touch. The vanity mirror and glass were spotless.
Location: It's conveniently located near Lixian County town, making our itinerary easy to manage. There's also a private parking lot ð
ŋïļ! We'll definitely come again.

HHuilingdundedanThis is the only hotel on my trip that didn't ask me for a positive review. It's located right outside the armed forces department, so it feels very safe, and there's a small parking lot. It's probably one of the best hotels in the county.
I'd recommend it if you're passing through, because the room facilities are comprehensive. Plus, the front desk not only arranged a room facing the armed forces department, which was very quiet (and had a mountain view), but they also turned on the heating in advance, showing really thoughtful service.
As for breakfast, I specifically tried the beef noodles; the ******* auntie's noodles were delicious. The other food items were simple but neatly arranged and felt very clean.

MM2gtzycm4****The hotel was good, with excellent hygiene and service. The rooms had radiators, so even though it was freezing outside, it was nice and warm inside. Plus, the heating stays on; you don't have to worry about it turning off after you remove your key card. For breakfast, there were items like steamed buns, siu mai, and stir-fries. We didn't go until 10 AM, but everything was still available and piping hot.

GGuest UserHotel is very beutiful, comfortable, convenient and super clean, Staff were helpful and nice. We got the upgrading room, big and warm with river views, staff also gave us a bath-foam and warm pads. Food all delicious, we ate chicken soup, steamed fish with soy sauce, and sweet and sour pork bones. And this hotel is pet friendly, the reception has a cute dog called âJing Jingâ He is a very cute and super friendly dog.

GGuest UserThe room was absolutely incredible! It offered the best value for money of all the places I've stayed these past few days. The price was great, and the location was convenient. It was also immaculately clean. Once inside, I just didn't want to leave! The room was fully equipped with high-tech features. On the ground floor, they even had a mahjong machine and a cozy fireplace. It was so relaxing to sit there in the evening, enjoying some tea. I absolutely loved the interior design. The owner and staff were all incredibly welcoming and the service was outstanding. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

2205817****The room layout was good, offering separate spaces for four people across two bedrooms. However, the slide was too steep, felt unsafe, and lacked entertainment value. The bunk bed room didn't seem to have underfloor heating, so we specifically requested an extra duvet at night. The room carpet wasn't very clean, but the response was quick â when we reported the broken security chain, a worker was sent to fix it promptly.
We were disappointed with the restaurant. The staff were indifferent, and the prices were too high, making it poor value for money. Although the breakfast buffet had a wide variety, the taste wasn't great, and many items felt like frozen food.
The hot springs, perhaps due to fewer guests, only had a few pools open, and they were quite small. While the infinity pool offered nice views, it was just a small swimming pool. Overall, I wouldn't consider a second visit.

XXingganlataidiFirst off, the location is excellent; it's super close to the entrance of Bipenggou, and they offer parking. However, there's no EV charging station, so you have to borrow the slow charger from next door. It's a mixed bag. Since it was off-season and it's a wooden cabin, there's some creaking when you walk, and the soundproofing isn't great. There were strange, subtle noises at night. The big plus is that it's a wooden cabin! It would be incredibly beautiful with snow, and the floor heating and AC mean you won't be cold. The room is two-story, so you could easily fit four people. The downside is the uncomfortable mattress; it felt like it had been slept on by too many people and sagged in the middle, which really bothered my back and kept me from sleeping well. The toilet and bathtub are open-plan with no separation, just a pull-down shower curtain that's a bit transparent.

LLiuguangxiayingThe front desk staff were wonderful. When I couldn't find my way, a lady came out in the cold to guide me to the entrance, and even helped with my luggage despite there being an elevator. On the day of check-in, there was a power outage in the whole Lixian area, but the front desk was incredibly patient and enthusiastic in helping resolve the issues. You could really feel the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast selection was also diverse, and the hotel's hot spring pool is indoors. Since it was off-peak season, there weren't many people.

BBuxiangshangbanzenmepoIt's the off-season now, and I chose this hotel for my trip to Bipenggou, as the reviews looked quite good. I booked a twin room, which was originally on the first floor. The front desk lady very kindly upgraded us to a room upstairs, where we could see the snowy mountains in the back. In the evening, I wanted to do some laundry, and since it was too late, I asked the front desk lady to help us out. The service was really great, and the breakfast had a good variety and plenty to eat. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
