He then climbed a ladder and spent ages fumbling around in the bathroom ceiling's inspection panel, mumbling something about a component being out of power, hence no cold air. Thankfully, after he fiddled with it, the room slowly started to cool down. This whole ordeal took four hours, and the hotel didn't offer a single apology. It was quite an experience, using a portable fan in a five-star hotel room."
