"I stayed here for three days on a business trip, and I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff at Hansing Weis. I was in a panic on the day I was rushing to catch the high-speed train because I forgot my ID. The front desk lady patiently walked me through the process of getting an electronic check-in certificate online, guiding me every step of the way without any hint of impatience. Later that afternoon, I unexpectedly needed to print some contracts, and the front desk printed and bound them for me free of charge. Then, one night after a business dinner, I realized I'd forgotten my room key. I called the front desk in the middle of the night, and they brought a new card up to my room within two minutes. They're efficient and get things done without delay, and their communication is straightforward – no unnecessary pleasantries. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the front desk even recommended some reliable local restaurants nearby. It's excellent value for money, making it my top choice for business travel. I highly recommend it to anyone frequently on business in Weifang."

"My stay was better than I expected and really great! Front desk staff Balla was friendly and helpful. The room was big and bright, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and very clean. The hotel has good facilities and a nice environment, and it’s easy to get around. It’s good for both business trips and holidays. The service was thoughtful, and it’s great value for money. "My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were the most helpful warm and friendly hotel people we have ever seen in China. And they also gave my wife a small birthday gift which was a nice surprise. The room was huge with a nice layout, totally clean and modern simple Chinese style design. We chose this place for the idea of a hot pool in the room. It was also unexpectedly bigger that we thought, although a very basic simple design. The water was already prepared by the staff while were having dinner. Although it was an ok experience in the pool, we felt it was not really hot enough and it seemed to have no option to adjust it. We also thought such a pool would have the bubble jet option but that also did not seem to be. As we had to translate the control panel maybe we did not see other options but everything seemed to be a preset automatic one option. Although there are signs about the tiles around the pool about being slippery it felt very uneasy getting out trying not to slip and my wife did slip a little. Some kind of non slip surface on the stairs would be a big improvement. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with plenty of options. Mostly because of how friendly and good the staff were we plan to return in the warmer months to try a cabin."

"This hotel is flawless. While the decor is about fifteen years old, it's very clean, and the mattress and pillows are comfortable. The service is excellent; they even bring takeout right to your room door. The hotel's BBQ is delicious (see pic 1), you can call and ask about it. For takeout, there's a place called Wang Ji's Crispy Meat Flatbread that's really good (get the meat flatbread with tofu pudding). I found Fu Guozhuang's mustard chicken to be just okay. If you're visiting Weifang, you absolutely have to try the Chaotian Guo place recommended by Wu Lala – but don't eat their side dishes, they just serve leftover ones from other tables."

"The decoration of the hotel is luxurious. It is nice that they have people who help you with luggage. The room is average--not very big, carpeted, and a little humid. The bathroom had a sewer smell that was more apparent once in a while which made it unpleasant to be in the bathroom. We booked a private room for dinner and asked for a menu beforehand but only got the menu as they were serving the first dishes. We also never got a fruit plate at the end of the meal as they had noted on the menu they finally gave us. When checking out, we informed a staff member that we had accidentally broke a cup from the bathroom and the staff seemed more concerned than the item was damaged and asked if we were hurt as more of an afterthought. She also admitted that they were aware that their placement of the cup was precarious in the first place (on a slippery counter), which indicates that they are aware of this danger but have not done anything to mitigate the chances of an accident. For one basic glass cup, we had to pay an additional 60rmb."

"This is a hotel I stay at every year for work, and I would recommend it. However, the breakfast has declined somewhat compared to previous years, and I hope they can improve it. The hotel has its own fitness center and swimming pool, which guests can use for free."
