XXingzoudefengjingxianEverything about this hotel was exceptional – it felt brand new, incredibly clean, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, and the Morandi color palette added a sophisticated touch. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was a lavish spread, even including prawns and a self-service fruit and vegetable juice bar. The complimentary laundry room was a huge plus. The hotel's decor was remarkably elegant, showcasing three 'treasures' usually found in museums, right there in the lobby. It's perfectly located right outside the Yunmen Mountain scenic area, and just a few minutes' drive from the old town and the museum.

The location is right next to the subway station and it is super convenient to travel. The soundproofing effect of the room is absolutely perfect, the corridor is not heard at night, and the bed is moderately soft and hard like sleeping in the cloud. The breakfast is rich in variety, the freshly cooked wontons and freshly baked bread are not good, and I received a small gift when I checked out. I will definitely stay here next time I come here. The way the hotel handled it was OK, the attitude was also very good, I immediately changed the room, but I changed a large bathtub, but maybe this room was unoccupied for a long time, there was a smell when I entered, and there was a lot of floating dust in some places such as the bedside table. Said to be floor heating, stayed for two nights, I kept trying the temperature, not hot at all, the air conditioner could not drive the temperature in the house, we froze for two nights!

MM818993****The room was pretty good. The service from Wang Yu during check-in was absolutely top-notch – she told us all about the local attractions, which was great since it was a rainy day. When we got to the room, the duvet felt a bit damp, but it wasn't a huge deal. Later, when I passed the front desk, she asked how our stay was, and I casually mentioned it. She immediately offered to get it dried for us. I was surprised to find her there again at check-out! She asked if we had any other discomforts and even gave my child a small bubble machine. Full marks for the experience! 💯
