Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the Huashan Tourist Center, making it a pleasant stroll. Situated by a stream, you can hear the soothing sound of the flowing water with the window open at night, which is great for helping you sleep. It also faces the mountains, offering beautiful views of the clouds rolling in and out. Enjoying this with a pot of tea, simply sitting there all day would be wonderful. The shuttle service was also excellent. The food cooked by the proprietress was delicious, and the cold dishes at breakfast were also very tasty. All in all, this trip to Huashan left a fantastic impression on me!

The best hotel I stayed in China during this trip (and I stayed in 6 hotels, so I can vouch for this one). Impeccably clean, with a smart and kind worker Jing Lei, who gave us useful tips about the mountain, and was overall extremely helpful. We wish that in every town we met a guy like this. My warm greetings and best recommendations.
4 free transfers included in the booking - super handy! For 1-2 day trip to Huashan it's a great deal.
There is a kitchen in the hotel, so before and after hiking you can have a big meal. I recommend scrambled eggs with tomatoes for breakfast.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious.
The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s close to the Huashan scenic area, making it perfect if you plan to visit the mountain. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment, this accommodation is an excellent choice.
The place feels homely and welcoming. They provide free shuttle services to the Huashan ticket office and the train station, which is very convenient. The common area on the first floor is also very relaxing.
Tip: Call the accommodation in advance to arrange a pick-up from the train station. Didi taxi drivers at the station tried to overcharge me, so the free shuttle is a much better option.
There is also a small strip mall near the Huashan ticket office with more shops and restaurants if you need anything.

I booked this place randomly, and to my surprise, the service was absolutely amazing!!! A big thank you to the warm-hearted owner 🌷🌷. The room was very clean, well-laid-out, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The whole family was so welcoming. They even offered pick-up and drop-off service from the train station and the visitor center. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too. It was a truly satisfying experience, and it's a shame I didn't take any photos during my stay. I'll definitely recommend your place to any friends visiting Mount Hua in the future!

During the National Day holiday, a group of five of me and my friends booked three rooms on Ctrip. After arriving, the boss upgraded us to a deluxe king-size room. The room was very well decorated and equipped with excellent facilities, and the courtyard environment was also very good. In the evening, we had iron pot stew in his courtyard, which tasted good. My friends were in a good mood and had a small drink. Then we sat around the big tea table in the courtyard to drink tea and chat. It was very pleasant. The elegant environment and the good mood relieved the fatigue and exhaustion of the journey. The next morning, since we had plenty of time and the itinerary was relatively slow, we spread out the tea set on the terrace outside the room, leisurely savored the tea for more than an hour, and enjoyed the self-playing and singing songs of Ningxia youth under the grape trellis on the first floor for free. When we were happy, the boss (a capable female boss) came on stage and sang a song ”Sky”. We said goodbye to each other in applause and laughter. I look forward to getting the opportunity to stay here again next time.

Service is definitely at least a 5/5. At first, I walked to the wrong hostel, but then the owner picked me up and took me to the right location. On the way, he also showed me the way to the entrance of the hiking trail. At the hostel, he explained different options on how to hike. Also, at 10pm, his daughter called him because I wanted to know if I needed to book the entrance ticket in advance, and he didn't mind helping me.
Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to hike Huashan

IrenaI would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

AndelieAndrew0502The check-in for the capsule pods and the rooms are at Yingyang Cave (at the bottom of East Peak, next to Zhengxin Fried Chicken), not at Yaozifanshen on East Peak itself.
**Important Note!** In mid-June, you can't see the sunrise from Yingyang Cave. You'll need to climb to the top of East Peak beforehand.
There's a public restroom outside (hygiene is so-so). Inside the courtyard, there's running water and a hot water dispenser. In June, water is continuously available.
The room has four capsule pods. I recommend bringing disposable bedding as it can be a bit damp. Definitely bring earplugs and an eye mask. The capsule doors only have two panels and cannot close completely.
Inside the pod, the light, ventilation, and power outlet all work fine.
Don't expect too much when you're up on the mountain. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I chose to go north and descend west to experience Canglong Ridge. Since I arrived at the scenic area after 12 PM due to the high-speed rail schedule, staying at the Wuyunfeng Hotel for a night turned out to be the smartest decision my child and I made for our Huashan trip. The twin room was very clean and faced east, so we even caught the sunrise in the morning. Plus, the Wuyunfeng Hotel's location is excellent. After climbing Canglong Ridge, we were exhausted by almost 5 PM, and it was perfect to check in right then. We even got a kettle of mountain spring water for our room. We ordered shredded pork with garlic sauce on rice and green beans with eggplant at the hotel; the prices were affordable, and my daughter kept saying how delicious it was. In the evening, we enjoyed a stunning sunset from a prime viewing platform, offering incredible views. We could even look down at Canglong Ridge, which we had just conquered, and gaze at the winding Yellow River and Wei River in the distance – it was truly amazing! At night, we overlooked the myriad lights of Huayin below and looked up at a sky full of stars. My daughter exclaimed, ”I've never seen so many stars before!” I even managed to capture a clear photo of the Big Dipper with my phone. Oh, and the restrooms near the hotel are very clean – probably the cleanest on Huashan, I personally verified this! We rested for a night and woke up refreshed, ready to continue our journey. The next day, we climbed uphill for another hour towards East Peak, which made me even more grateful that we stayed at the Wuyunfeng Hotel. A big thank you to the warm and welcoming staff; they made us feel like family, like we were home. It was truly heartwarming. Thank you so much 😊

The location is great — it’s the closest accommodation, about a 20-minute walk from the West Cable Car station.
The view is beautiful, and the room was clean.
However, there was no water provided at all.
The toilets were dirtier than the public ones around the mountain, and there were only two available.
It was difficult to change clothes, and I even had to buy bottled water just to wash my face.
The room arrangement was very poor.
As a solo female traveler, I was placed in a room with two men, even though there was another room full of women with available beds.
When I asked the female staff to change rooms, she refused.
I then asked the staff at the counter, who allowed me to move to the women’s room.
I understand it’s a mixed dorm, but placing one woman in a room with two men while there are open beds in a women’s room doesn’t make any sense and felt uncomfortable.
