Facilities: The facilities meet the standards for this price point. A special mention goes to the sink area, which was equipped with many practical toiletries and cleaning solutions. Environment: The surrounding area is average. Construction across the street started at 6 AM, which caused some disturbance in the morning, but it was fine at night. The hotel's interior design is a bit dark, especially the elevator, which might make a woman traveling alone feel a bit uneasy. The room was also a bit dark, and taller guests would have to bend down to see themselves in the mirror near the entrance. Also, for those driving, remember to turn into the service road early when navigating to the hotel, or you might easily miss the parking entrance. Hygiene: No issues with hygiene; at least, my room was good.

The soft furnishings and bedding were very comfortable, and my parents were especially pleased. I particularly want to commend all the staff at the Horizon Club Lounge. Their service was meticulous and incredibly thoughtful. Our dedicated butler, Wenby, was professional and attentive, proactively helping us register our car's license plate in advance, saving us the hassle of dealing with parking entry and exit. Knowing we had several people in our party, she promptly arranged an extra bed for our room. Her efficiency and reliability, along with her thorough consideration for every aspect of our stay, were truly impressive. Janice from the Executive Lounge also left a wonderful impression; she always had a warm smile, was genuinely welcoming and polite, and her service was gentle and appropriate. Upon learning that we had a tight schedule and needed to continue our journey, she thoughtfully prepared a variety of portable packed snacks. This unexpected gesture added a touch of warmth to our busy travels. From the hardware facilities to the humanistic service, the hotel truly excelled, and every small detail reflected the staff's dedication. It's perfectly suited for traveling with elderly parents, offering an absolutely fantastic experience. The next time I visit Ningbo, this will still be my top choice, and I sincerely recommend it to all my fellow travelers!

The room was very clean with no strange smells. The front desk staff were super friendly, and they processed my invoice quickly after I checked out. The location is fantastic, very close to Cultural Plaza and Hankyu, with plenty of dining options nearby. Although the underground parking costs extra, it's affordable and there are always spaces available, which is really convenient. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; you can clearly hear the elevator, housekeepers talking in the hallway, and even the TV from the next room. However, considering it was less than 150 yuan a night, I can't really complain. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, right in Hongtai Plaza in Ningbo's Eastern New City. It's super convenient for shopping at both Hongtai Plaza and Hankyu. In the evenings, it's also easy to find a late-night spot for drinks with friends. The hotel environment is very clean and quiet, making it suitable for families, couples, and business travelers. The breakfast is also very good. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Came to Ningbo for a two-day trip during the May Day holiday with my mom and daughter. My daughter picked the Sheraton Ningbo East, mainly because it has a pool she loves and a gym I need. I especially want to commend Concierge Chen Weifeng. He added me on WeChat the day before our arrival and thoughtfully asked about our check-in needs. He was very considerate and meticulous, giving us a spacious room knowing we had an elder and a child with us. He even sent complimentary drinks to our room on the second night. Truly wonderful! Every staff member we encountered, no matter where in the hotel, was polite and enthusiastic, providing excellent service! The hotel's location is also great, making it convenient to get anywhere. Ningbo's night view is stunning! Definitely worth staying here!

The first room they gave us was a bit small. We spoke to the front desk, and they were very proactive in resolving the issue, moving us to a larger room. On the day we checked out, I left something behind, and they immediately found it and kept it safe. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent. Every time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.
