Room: clean and tidy, complete facilities Transportation: It is easy to find according to the location of the landlord's prompt. It should be more convenient to wait for Line 5. There are also Rosen and Starbucks nearby. Praise The boss is good, although it is a little accident, it is quickly solved, the service is quite in place. The room is not big, but the loft family feels very warm, I want to live next time.

Stayed in Ningbo for four days. A few days ago, I booked another homestay. Although the price is cheaper, it is really successful in terms of decoration style, hardware equipment, details and overall comfort. I regret not booking this one early. I have not lived enough to go. It is really good. I will stay here next time I come to Ningbo. Recommended recommendation ～

Although it is praised, let's evaluate it objectively: First of all, the location is good, just at Min'an Road subway station, there is a small supermarket downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with washing machine. The main problem is: 1. The map location is opposite the Pan Pacific Hotel. In fact, the standard is wrong. In Shanshan International Trade, to the Pan Pacific meeting, you have to ride for three or four minutes. 2. Ctrip indicates that the hotel provides an invoice, but the hotel said that there is a service fee invoice, no accommodation, or help ask someone else to issue an accommodation ticket but increase taxes. 3, no hangers, clothes washed themselves to find a place to dry.

I travel a lot for work and this is the first time writing a bad review ever. I was disappointed with this hotel for 2 reasons: 1. Staff at front desk does not speak English. Although my Chinese is OK, they were unwilling to help me. I had an issue with a booking (caused by trip.com). Trip was very friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk told me it wasn’t their problem that they couldn’t find a booking and I should figure it out with the agent, however I clearly had a confirmed booking on my phone. I know the problem wasn’t caused at the hotel, but at the same time I have a booking here with a payment FOR YOUR HOTEL. The least you can do is do everything you can to help me check this issue. Furthermore I had to cancel one night booked for my colleague due to change of plans. If they told me from the beginning cancellation is not possible, my colleague would’ve changed the plan accordingly. The staff told me I should check with trip.com and if they could process the cancellation the hotel can agree. However, we spend 2 days going back and forth, talking to the front desk and talking to trip.com customer service to try and figure it out. Finally at 10 pm (!!!) of the night of the cancellation they finally informed me they cannot cancel. By that time it was too late and my colleague already checked into another hotel, so we spend double the money for no reason. 2. The breakfast is not good, food is low quality. The hotel is clearly locally managed, you can feel it in terms of customer service and food quality. I do not recommend.

The overall experience of this hotel is great. I chose this hotel when I passed by Mount Putuo. The view from the high-floor rooms is good, and the panoramic view makes people feel very comfortable. Ms. Yue Jingjing, a staff member in the lobby, has a strong sense of initiative. When she came to the store, she took the initiative to help deliver the luggage to the room. The recommended dining place is very satisfactory, and the service attitude is very good. The cleanliness of the room is good, and the location is next to the exhibition center, near the Hankyu Business Center, which is super convenient for shopping and traveling. A very satisfactory stay experience, recommended

If you’re not needing the downtown CBD area, then this hotel isn’t for you. It’s difficult to find due to one-way streets, and all the drivers had trouble finding the entrance, which was always filled with several parked cars making it more difficult for drivers to enter/exit. The views in the room are all of other buildings across the street. However, the worst part of my experience was when the hotel disabled the air conditioning in the room in the middle of the night. When I complained, I was moved to a larger room that was literally 1 degree cooler, and an electric fan was placed in the bedroom. But between 1 and 4am, the room was sweltering, as many hotels are in smaller cities around China. I understand local brands doing this to save money, but this is an international brand. When I complained the second time, an employee told me Chinese people don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on. I know that’s not true. Finally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of the same price/category. I won’t be returning.
