Absolutely great stay here. The self check-in was super easy and straightforward. The location is really convenient for beaches yet quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of parking and it is free. The host Ana is really friendly and doing her best to accommodate our needs. Thank you for having us. We will be sure to come back!

Hotel location and landscaping are outstanding.
Close to all exterior and beach restaurants.
Pools are nice and night swim feels good since the water is warm.
The only negative point is thhe breakfast(so so basic for a 5 star hotel like Hyatt)

CHU TONG SENGI really loved this hotel! It's right on Palm Beach, and the sand is so soft and beautiful. The room was incredibly spacious. The restaurant prices were quite reasonable for Aruba, and the staff were incredibly proactive and attentive. I was about to lay out my towel on a beach chair, and they immediately came over and insisted that it was their job. They also offer free floating mats, and there's a night market nearby. Highly recommend!

Beds are very comfortable and pool is wonderful a great spot if you want a short walk to the beach about 10-15 mins nice neighbourhood pretty garden but most of all Carlos service and going the extra mile to accommodate us as our flights where delayed he stored our bags and was always happy to help. A great option for that budget Aruba traveller.
My only suggestion would have coffee in the room.
Thank you again Carlos

YINGCHONGOriginally called The Mill Resort, there is a windmill next to it. Since turning into a Courtyard, the overall tone has improved and the service seems to be average. Room service only cleaned the floor and changed bath towels. Every day, the sun loungers by the pool were filled with bath towels by American aunts. Room facilities are good, there is a small refrigerator and microwave, bathroom space is very spacious. The beggar room that I set up did not eat at the hotel. The breakfast at the Mimosa restaurant under the windmill was about $ 10, which is more cost-effective than having a buffet breakfast at the hotel.

We were aware that there would be construction around the hotel while Hilton expands, and for the most part it wasn’t an issue. The disappointment was that only one of two pools was open, meaning that sometimes it was hard to find seating around the pool area.
Beach loungers were easy to book and a selection of them were free each day. Palm beach is really beautiful and it was nice to have it so accessible to the hotel.
On the whole, service at the hotel was great, there were a couple of staff members who were potentially having a bad day but generally Aruban’s are extremely friendly. Violet, was in charge of cleaning our room throughout our stay and she was just lovely!
Although not the hotel’s fault, I was told at Che k-in that there was an extra resort charge each day. Trip.com said there would be a small government tax. But mentioned nothing about the resort fee. The government tax was also more than trip.com stated on our booking confirmation.
