AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room was very small, and two suitcases couldn't fit together. The bathroom couldn't be used for both showering and toileting at the same time, and the toilet had a strong odor.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness needs to be improved. The bedside was dusty, the sheets were unclean, and a rat greeted me as soon as I opened the door.
Environment: The location is really great, facing Lake Ulungur and offering a view of the sunset. However, the mosquitoes were incredibly numerous and swarmed in my face. Without a mask, they covered my head, face, and mouth! The moment I opened the curtains in the morning, I felt my scalp tingle (they didn't bite).
Service: The staff didn't proactively contact us to tell us how to drive into the scenic area (the room was inside the area) and required us to call. Access was inconvenient. When I wanted to go out for dinner at night, there were no lights, and the gates were locked. I had to contact the staff to get the security guard to open them.
