A truly wonderful stay that exceeded all expectations! The service, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt incredibly caring. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. They even proactively upgraded my room, provided a detailed explanation of the hotel's amenities, and offered delicious fruit. The hotel's comprehensive and intelligent facilities completely exceeded my expectations! The bedding was comfortable and soft, the smart curtains and lighting control system were incredibly convenient, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast on the 6th floor was plentiful, and the freshly made wontons and noodles with toppings were truly impressive and delicious. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable! The room was spotless, the bathroom glass and hardware sparkled like new, and the sheets and towels had a subtle fragrance, clearly demonstrating rigorous disinfection. Common areas (such as the lobby, elevators, and restaurant) are maintained at all times by cleaning staff, making it a worry-free stay even for children. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area convenient for shopping and dining. The management team's attention to detail is evident in every detail, truly making guests feel at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip and recommend it to all my friends!

GGuest UserThe location is good. It's easy to find it by driving. There are free parking spaces in front of the door. There is also a parking lot. You can park there at night for free. The light inside the hotel is a bit dark. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. She told us Sunrise time. There is an elevator, it is quite large and has many rooms. The facilities in the room are complete, the hygiene is good, and there is free mineral water. I will stay here again next time I come. I had something to do and left early the next day, so I didn't eat here, but the service and environment were really good.

Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared

DDahai酒店位置不錯 就在古鎮對面，停車還可以，在隔壁邊上有停車場。可能是過年，服務人員少。第一晚洗澡熱水五六分後就沒有了，打電話到前台，説其他樓層都正常的，過一會再試試。過了半小時再洗澡熱水有了。但晚上十一點多我去洗澡熱水衹有五分鐘後就沒有了。第二天早上出發前去和服務員反應情況，他們説馬上給換個房間，我告訴他們現在要出去了，等我回來再換吧，因為房間裏面還有東西在。等我晚飯回酒店找前台時沒有人在那裡，等了十五分鐘後衹能打電話，老闆過來了和他説明早上服務員説的換房間事情。他告訴我沒有房間了，熱水修好了。也沒有道歉和説明具體原因。而且房間隔音很差，隔壁和走廊有人走路和説話都清清楚楚的。

Access to the hotel was just okay; it’s a bit out of the way, but manageable with a taxi. Overall, a peaceful and decent place to stay.
