They took the initiative to add WeChat before check-in and explained practical matters such as the location of the homestay, parking, and surrounding dining. It will also combine our travel rhythm to plan the itinerary intimately, and the whole process is thoughtful and warm.
The room is antique as a whole, elegant and quiet, and the details can be seen everywhere. The homestay is located in the scenic area, the environment is quiet and quiet, away from the downtown area, you can enjoy the natural scenery of the North and South Lake slowly and immersively, relax and heal.
Full experience, excellent price/performance ratio, this is the first choice for visiting Nanbei Lake, very recommended!

TTuan Ying GohVery new hotel. There’s a robot to deliver what you need - from food deliveries to bottled water from the hotel. Love this automated service. Efficient. Hotel is in a quiet area which’s nice. There’s a snack supermarket opposite the hotel (3 minutes walk). Very good deals and varieties. Post office is opposite as well. About 15 minutes drive to 观海园 to watch sun rise. Should do so as the sun rise is beautiful with unblocked view.
Hotel room is kept clean and tidy. Shower can be a bit small on 6th floor. Room cleaning is well done. Toilet had a smoke smell when I checked in. Reception offered to change a room but I asked for a spray down of the toilet which did the trick.
Friendly reception staff. Warm and welcoming.

CCaoyeThe location is decent, and there's a snack street downstairs which is convenient for food. However, the soundproofing is absolutely terrible. There was an event happening at Yun Ding Plaza across the street, and the music was thumping until past 9 PM, finally quieting down after someone called the police. Then, just as I was finally about to fall asleep around 10 PM, a group of people started playing cards in the next room, and I could hear everything crystal clear until after midnight. It was so noisy it was driving me crazy. On top of that, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room when I first entered, and it lingered for a long time even after opening the windows to air it out.

The standard room of less than 200 is very good. The location is in the industrial park a few kilometers away from Shendang Ancient Town. There is a supermarket on the 1st floor below the hotel, Shaxian, a massage foot bath on the 2nd floor, and a hotel and fruit shop nearby. The room was very clean and tidy, the hotel also had a buffet breakfast and the front desk service was good. If you come to travel by car or come to the industrial park for business or find a job, it is recommended to stay!

I changed it to a twin room with a lake view.
