"I was lucky enough to stay at a newly opened hotel at a discounted price. After sitting in the lobby for half an hour, the little girl at the front desk poured 3 glasses of water. The service was great! 🤟👍 In the evening, there is actually ”late night porridge” to warm the heart and stomach! The ‘Local Breakfast’ has rich dishes, fresh fruits and snacks, and freshly cooked soy milk and tofu. The delicious food is the happiness of a foodie like me! The most surprising thing is the air runway on the roof of the hotel, where you can take a walk after a meal and eat in leisurely time."

The staff said that it might be full and the water consumption was high, so they put more water in. Although I don’t know why, the water returned to normal on the second day. Breakfast is only until 9 o’clock, and it costs 38 yuan for children over 1.2 meters tall. The order of holiday breakfast is a bit chaotic, and the categories are not complete. The Qiyuan pancake next to it on the second day is more fragrant, but the breakfast coupon cannot be refunded, nor can it be deducted from the extra children’s breakfast on the first day. There are no separate children’s products. When checking out, the staff said that it is OK to give the card directly, and did not ask to verify the bill, and deducted the money directly."

"We booked a cabin, and the room was spacious and clean, with a terrace, perfect for families with pets. The toilet was smart, and the hairdryer was also good quality. All the staff were incredibly nice and very thoughtful towards guests. They provided pet-friendly amenities like toys and even noted down our pet's dietary restrictions, so we could pick up a suitable breakfast for them at the restaurant the next day. There are plenty of facilities for kids, including two play areas. In the summer, you can enjoy the water park, and I heard there are hot springs in the winter. It's also very close to the Nanbeihu scenic area, offering excellent value for money."

A super surprise homestay on this trip! The two homestay managers were very enthusiastic. They took the initiative to add WeChat before check-in and explained practical matters such as the location of the homestay, parking, and surrounding dining. It will also combine our travel rhythm to plan the itinerary intimately, and the whole process is thoughtful and warm. The room is antique as a whole, elegant and quiet, and the details can be seen everywhere. The homestay is located in the scenic area, the environment is quiet and quiet, away from the downtown area, you can enjoy the natural scenery of the North and South Lake slowly and immersively, relax and heal. Full experience, excellent price/performance ratio, this is the first choice for visiting Nanbei Lake, very recommended!

Very new hotel. There’s a robot to deliver what you need - from food deliveries to bottled water from the hotel. Love this automated service. Efficient. Hotel is in a quiet area which’s nice. There’s a snack supermarket opposite the hotel (3 minutes walk). Very good deals and varieties. Post office is opposite as well. About 15 minutes drive to 观海园 to watch sun rise. Should do so as the sun rise is beautiful with unblocked view. Hotel room is kept clean and tidy. Shower can be a bit small on 6th floor. Room cleaning is well done. Toilet had a smoke smell when I checked in. Reception offered to change a room but I asked for a spray down of the toilet which did the trick. Friendly reception staff. Warm and welcoming.

Although I booked a special room, the environment and facilities were not ambiguous at all. It was very clean and the service was very good and attentive. I ran out of water and wanted to buy two bottles. The lady at the front desk actually gave me two bottles. Although It’s not much money, but I feel favored, haha! The most recommended thing is the huge free parking lot. It’s important to have a parking lot when you go out! It was a very pleasant stay. I will recommend this hotel to my friends next time!

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!

Nice Stay at the Heyuan Hotel I had a good experience at the Heyuan Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Access to the hotel was just okay; it’s a bit out of the way, but manageable with a taxi. Overall, a peaceful and decent place to stay.

Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared
