I booked a room that was supposed to include welcome fruit, but it wasn't provided upon check-in. I didn't get to experience the afternoon tea, so I can't comment on that. The room size was decent, not small, and had a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. However, the noise isolation was very poor; I could hear car alarms constantly going off outside my window when trying to sleep, and even the sound of toilets flushing from the next room (or upstairs?).
