Hotels with Parking in Jiyuan

The hotel is very suitable for people of our age, clean, well-equipped, and good internal and external environments. The more prominent thing is the service of the staff, especially in place, and after entering the store, we have been sent to the door of the room on the fourth floor. I saw the menu for breakfast today last night, it was really meticulous. Like, like!

Originally wanted to play lower, the central air conditioner was overhauled, the window could be opened a little, the cover was thick, the cover was hot at night, and it was cold without cover! One pillow is too high and the other is too low, and I didn't rest well for 2 nights! If there is no air conditioner, it should be clearly marked.

The suite is spacious, the family is not crowded at all, and the rest is not disturbed. The privacy is particularly good. The room is bright and airy, the decoration is warm and soft, and the children like it very much when they enter the door. The hygiene is impeccable, the sheets and quilts are changed every day, the bathroom is cleaned, and the baby is completely at ease.

In Trip.com , you have to charge a deposit. Check out on the 26th, and the deposit has not been refunded on the 28th. You have to call the hotel to remind you. Hotel location can hardly get a taxi, you have to drive by yourself Hotel front desk service attitude, industry average below, people feel not welcome to patronize After staying for one night, immediately cancel the second night's reservation and change the hotel in the city decisively

The room was clean, the front desk clerk was very professional to provide us with surrounding snacks, call us in advance to help us stay in the room, the room sister is very warm, we need to wash clothes, the big sister helped us to get the room, very safe

The front desk lady is very good, speaks very softly, very serious to determine the check-in information, the hotel's internal facilities are very complete, the hotel location is very good to find. . . . . .

The hotel environment is good, the room is very comfortable, there are several large yards, the children have a special time in it, this should be praised. But the service really can't keep up, the problem is obvious: 1. The phone in the room is bad, and the screen window is also bad. There are many mosquitoes in the green place, and I dare not open the window to breathe. 2. The restaurant service capacity is limited. It rained that night, and the card stove with it was not in use. We decided to go to the hotel restaurant to eat. The restaurant was full. I told the waiter that I wanted to pack it back to the room to eat. The waiter said directly: ”Now can't take the order, you can wait and wait.” I am very confused: I am packing, queuing in order of orders, not occupying seats and adding teams, why do I repeatedly emphasize ”can't take the order”? Do I have to go back to the room and wait for half an hour before coming over to place the order? Or the waiter can also suggest tourists to go to the commercial street above the attractions to eat, instead of saying hard: you can wait. The waiter didn't know much about this restaurant. He asked for some disposable tableware. A waiter didn't have it. He changed a waiter and helped us find it. It's too hard. Summary: It is more suitable for parent-child travel, and the experience of bringing your own card stove and eating will be better. It is recommended to go to the balcony palace commercial street for dinner, find a good store, which is better than the restaurant. I hope that the problem can be improved and the service can be worthy of the room rate.

When I entered the hotel, I felt that the front desk service was very warm. When I came, I had a lot of luggage. The front desk manager helped with the luggage and helped check in. Finally, he was very friendly to help us send the luggage into the room and introduce us to the local characteristics and surrounding facilities. I really feel the feeling of home, and I will stay here in Jiyuan in the future.
