Amazing staffs and services!!! They helped us everything that we asked for. Our group is not Chinese but they could communicate in English. Their room are incredible beautiful. We are highly recommend this place.

We were just thrilled with this hotel!! We're Americans with no Chinese language skills. Wu Xingqin was excellent in her role! She helped us learn about the local culture and made sure we were able to visit the Basho village. Her guidance with transportation was key for us. The hotel was clean and well organized with a great breakfast. All of our requirements were met or exceeded.

The hotel was quite good and very clean. Though it was a little hard to find, I had to ask for directions. It was a great place to stay for the Dong new year celebrations.

Fantastic stay at Bula Lakeside Hotel! Clean room with amazing lake view at the beginning of Zhaoxing Dong village. Hot water and heating worked without any problems. WIFI also worked. I would like to thank the staff the most - the girl at the reception who we communicated with via WeChat and a translator. We are foreigners who don't speak Chinese and she didn't speak English, but we managed everything. Also the gentleman who came to the train station to pick us up to make our way to the hotel easier. We also appreciate his cooking skills as he prepared a perfect dinner for us. I absolutely recommend this hotel and if we ever come back, we will stay here again. Thank you again for the nice time.

Yuyetang is a fabulous guesthouse in the midle of the very traditional dong village. We booked the twin room with view and literally slept with views of the drum tower. The room is very clean and decorated lovely. The place is very well looked after and although the location is quite remote, the guesthouse provides a very good standard. The owners are a young couple that supported us in getting a taxi. When we arrived it was the last day of the national holiday and we were invited to join the family rice harvesting, fishing and doing a barbecue. To get there you can catch a public bus that leaves two times a day from Zhaoxing (25 yuan per person) or you get a taxi (one way 150yuan).
