GGuest UserAfter looking for a long time ”quiet and beautiful” hotel, this one directly poked me! It is a completely correct decision to choose here for the family to travel during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The second-story single-family villa where I live, the scenery is beautiful from the room, and the shots are wallpaper.
The service is not to mention, there are welcome fruits, from the front desk to the guest room to the restaurant, the staff are very warm and friendly. Mid-Autumn Festival also has handmade moon cakes and jade rabbit lights. Make an appointment with customer service on WeChat in advance and order the meal. It is very convenient and delicious to eat directly after playing. The breakfast pattern is quite rich, and the tastes of adults and children are both balanced and very satisfied.
There are many attractions around the hotel. I drive out while playing. I come back to rest when I am tired. It is really relaxing to travel without a destination.

GGuest UserIt's a good place to stay when you come here to play on the weekend. Our family of four stayed in a parent-child suite. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk gave the two children fireworks as gifts, and the children were very happy.
The room originally came with breakfast for two, and breakfast coupons were also given to the children.

The baby was very happy. He slept on the second floor by himself and was very happy. There is a large park next to the hotel, which is very fun. Opposite the hotel is a small animal farm, which also has a lot of fun. There is no charge for these two accommodations. It takes about a few minutes to drive or walk to the Magic Farm, which is charged. There are not many types of breakfast, but I think it is refreshing and good. It is really great to choose this place for a short vacation on the weekend! The service is also great. The waiters are all smiling and cute.

Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría.
A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas y fue decepcionante.
Dado que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, solicitamos un upgrade que considerábamos justo para compensar algunas de las deficiencias de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos fue posible, aduciendo problemas de agua caliente, lo cual fue frustrante.

AAnonymous UserWeekend trip with kids. After booking the room, the housekeeper contacted us in advance. The service was quite considerate. The housekeeper replied to any questions on WeChat very quickly. The hotel is in a valley. The cicadas are very loud in midsummer, but the sound insulation is quite good when the door is closed. It has not been open for long. The overall hardware facilities are good. However, there is no USB charging port. I was a little dumbfounded as I only brought a data cable. The kids like the outdoor swimming pool very much and have a lot of fun. There is breakfast, but there is no other table meal except for the small hot pot. You have to drive out to eat. The hot spring pool is not open. You can experience it in winter next time.
