The hotel front desk turned over twice and asked me to refund the money and let me go to other hotels to help me carry my luggage. The tone and attitude really made me feel more uncomfortable. Such a chain of hotels should strengthen comprehensive training for employees, not push the problem to consumers. The sanitation is also very dirty, the floor and furniture are gray, the front desk said that I opened the window to ventilate the gray, I opened it because I had a headache and lack of oxygen at about 10 o'clock in the morning after the oxygen was cut off at 9 o'clock in the morning, and I called you within an hour. Is it so gray? There is also a TV that was disconnected from last night... The shower water was warm from last night to the next morning. The front desk said it was normal, but I was still very hot in the bath the night before, and the shower head hit me...
