The room was very spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring Xinjiang milk tea and a variety of hot dishes – my wife absolutely adored it! The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service, and the security guards were incredibly friendly and helpful with our luggage. A huge bonus was the generous supply of complimentary bottled water in the room, which was an absolute blessing considering the scorching hot weather.

This stay at the Haozhou Grand Hotel was absolutely fantastic, deserving a five-star rating! The hotel's location is a huge plus, adjacent to the Wanda Plaza shopping area and the scenic river park, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and strolling. Free 24-hour parking is available, so driving is no problem. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in, proactively providing breakfast time and the Wi-Fi password – attention to detail was evident. The room was spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows providing excellent natural light. Smart curtains, a brand-name LCD TV, and high-end bedding were all provided; the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and blankets were spotless and odorless, the bathroom was impeccably clean, even the hard-to-reach corners were spotless, the smart toilet was great, and even the slippers were individually packaged – a very reassuring experience.
