AAnonymous UserI rarely give hotels bad reviews, but I couldn't help but give one because the room was incredibly noisy. The bathroom was filled with the sound of flushing water, the air conditioner wasn't hot enough and was also very noisy, making for a very unpleasant night. The service was also terrible. Regarding the car service: I carried a large suitcase into the car myself, and when it was time to get out, the driver refused to help at all. It was too difficult for me to carry it alone, so I asked him if he could help me. He rudely told me to get out first, saying, ”How can I carry it if you don't get out?” The worst part is that he stood there for ages seeing I couldn't carry it, but he still didn't let me get out first!

GGuest UserThis Hanting store is the best Hanting hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is very clean. I chat with my friends on the first floor. The front desk lady will send warm mineral water intimately. It is too intimate in winter. Is the bookshelf on the first floor very feeling 😁 The overall feeling is that the boss's business philosophy is in place, and the breakfast is nice?

Hygiene: The room is clean, but it's November and there are mosquitoes in the room
Environment: The entire hotel environment is okay, but the pond needs to be cleaned frequently, otherwise there will definitely be a lot of mosquitoes in summer
Service: Let’s not mention the service. When I checked out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, and there was no phone number that could be contacted in a prominent place at the front desk. Maybe they were new and the staff were not well trained in service!

The service is thoughtful and welcoming, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the stay is very comfortable, highly recommended. CChangyouTXThe scale of the hotel is quite high for a county town, but the Ctrip room upgrade privilege that has been confirmed for the order has not been fulfilled. It happened to be cold, but the air conditioner in the room did not heat at all. I don't know if the air control was turned off. The bath products are in large bottles, but there is no place to put them in the shower room. When taking a shower, you have to open the door and squeeze the shower gel and shampoo on the washstand 2 meters away. It is very inconvenient. The hotel management should take this into consideration and improve it. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many varieties, it tastes very good. In addition, welcome fruit was given when checking in.
