Hotels with Parking in Wenzhou

Hotel staff were very courteous. Lot of freebies were offered by hotel. Location is very close to the airport, convenient for flyers.

My family and I stayed at the Wenzhou New Century Grand Hotel Premium Smart Select with our child, and everyone was satisfied. The room was more spacious than expected; even with an extra bed, it didn't feel cramped, and my child loved looking at the city view from the window. The breakfast offered kid-friendly options like bread, yogurt, and fruit, and the Wenzhou glutinous rice was also very authentic. The concierge, Candy, provided extremely thoughtful and attentive service. There's a park nearby downstairs, which was convenient for walking with the child after dinner. The pool temperature was just right, and my child didn't want to leave. They were very patient with kids and quick to respond to requests. The hotel was clean, the bedding was soft, and our family felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended for family trips.

Just an 8-minute walk from the South bullet train station, and there's a covered walkway directly to it. They gave us a fruit platter, cookies, and a complimentary sweet soup for the evening. Our room was upgraded to the 20th floor, and the bedding was comfortable and very clean. My only minor gripe is why the shower glass is transparent… The breakfast was excellent and offered a good selection of local snacks. The glutinous rice was absolutely amazing, and the wheat cakes were delicious. I wish I had eight stomachs so I could eat more!

Highly recommended hotel! Apart from a slight hassle with parking, everything else – from the facilities to the services – was impeccable. It was an excellent value for money experience. I highly recommend it as a top choice; the value for money definitely beats anything else in the area.

What a fanstastic experience overall, well done Ibis Styles Longwan Team! From a personalized airport pick up/drop off service by a very friendly and professional young driver to an amazing hospitality service provided by the Reception and cleaning staff, I could not have hoped for a better stay during my short transit in Wenzhou. The room was perfect for my needs (non smoking and with a view), it is super clean, spacious and had all the amenities once can hope for. The breakfast was awesome too, with a wide variety of choice for food and drinks. The homemade soup was just divine! Special thanks to the Reception crew who went above and beyond to help me navigate through an issue with my airline booking (not related to Ibis). They are always smiling and even if English may not be their first language, we could easily communicate via translators. Finally, if I was to rate my entire experience at the Ibis Styles Longwan Airport from 0 to 100, I can hand on heart give them 100 as they demonstrated all the customer service qualities and attributes associated with perfection! See you soon, I hope.

I booked this hotel for my friend who was coming over. The hotel was very clean, parking was convenient, the service was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable; he didn't feel tired at all while sleeping.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel, and overall, I was very impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and well organized. Everything was properly maintained, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom was also clean and had everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the room and the hotel in general. The hotel itself has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities were well maintained, and the environment was quiet enough to allow for a good night’s rest. The location was also convenient, making it easy to travel around and access nearby places. This was especially useful for someone visiting the city and wanting to explore different areas without too much difficulty. Another thing I appreciated was the service. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff were polite and willing to help. Their attitude made a big difference to my stay. Good customer service can really determine whether a hotel experience is average or memorable, and in this case, the staff made me feel like a valued guest. I also found the hotel to be a good value for the overall quality and service provided. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, facilities, and friendly staff made the stay worthwhile. Overall, I had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again in the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, whether they are visiting for business, studying, sightseeing, or simply looking for a comfortable place to stay. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best: incredibly helpful staff and impeccable cleanliness The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this hotel! The views from the rooms were lovely, and it was so pleasant to wake up to the morning sun. It's great for families with kids; the 'Pet Paradise' has a good variety of animals, both indoors and outdoors. The free-roaming deer and lambs outside were very friendly. The hotel also has a tidal flat where you can catch hermit crabs and small crabs – lots of fun! The buffet breakfast had a decent selection, though there was a bit of a wait at the noodle station.
