The overall stay experience was perfect. It was clean, tidy, and stylish, with no odors, which is something many hotels can't achieve. Although the bathroom lighting design was a bit off, the shower head could be better controlled. I'm willing to give it a thumbs up for staying two nights in a row. The overall service was very warm, and the surroundings were full of life. It was a very pleasant and comfortable trip to Wuzhou.

I drove by and stayed here for a night a while ago, and I put nearly 600 in change under my pillow and flattened it. The next day I left for Guigang and checked into a hotel. I received a call from the front desk informing me that it was missing. They provide integrity and ethics that are lacking in the service industry, and bring important security and trust. The area around the hotel is already very prosperous, with numerous restaurants, shops, entertainment, libraries... but it is still growing. Came back here yesterday and stayed here again. The free huge underground parking lot is directly accessed by four elevators. Extremely convenient. The guest rooms are above the 12th floor and are well soundproofed. One or both sides of the room are set up in the form of oversized bay windows to provide a wide view and an unobstructed view of the local scenery. Will stay again.

The room was amazing! Clean, comfortable, stylish, feels like home! The service attitude is super good, the front desk always serves with a smile, and the customer service sister is super kind! I have been on a lot of business trips this year, and I stayed at this hotel every time. Later on, I was given a gold card membership, which reduced the price by nearly one-third. No matter where I go on business trips from now on, I will choose City Convenience Hotel!

After looking at several hotels, I chose Fairfield by Marriott. The environment is great, the lobby is spacious, the service is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is superb, close to the bridgehead on the east side of the river. It's convenient for going to or from the west or east side of the river for dining and drinks. There's a buffet breakfast on the rooftop with a fantastic view. It's very comfortable, and I would definitely book it again next time.

All in all, hotel staffs very helpful and polite. Willingly for any assistance where needed. It's very convenient to take E-bike to explore around the city and scenic spots. All kind of food store and excellent for the delicious taste. Would like to recommend for staying in this hotel and also going to stay next time visit again.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. The whole check in process took no more than 5 minutes. The room was larger than most I have had before in other places. The bed was also very comfortable not to hard. Location was perfect for my needs (Wuzhou half marathon) only 15 minute easy walk to the library and 10mins to the finish area.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were all available, especially the shower water and water pressure were just right. The service is impeccable, the front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, responsive. The price is super high, I will choose here next time! Highly recommended to everyone ～
