First time commenting, I didn’t catch the high-speed train on the first day, and Ctrip wouldn’t allow a refund if I missed it, so I called the hotel to try my luck and asked if I could get a refund, but I got a full refund! The service attitude during check-in on the second and third days was also very good👌🏻

AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff was very nice. The check-in was very quick. They very considerately chose a south-facing room for me. When I opened the window, I could see the beautiful Xianxia River. Opposite was the bustling pedestrian street with people coming and going! The facilities in the room were very complete and new! But there was no smell of new decoration at all. When I closed the window, the room immediately became quiet and I felt a quiet space! A wonderful stay experience!!!

GGuest UserThis is the second room I've moved to, and the bathroom doesn't have the same smell as the previous one. But the hygiene is really bad, it's all covered in dust. I changed the room phone twice and still got through to the front desk. I suspected it was because there was no power. I moved the bed later and no longer needed the phone.
