DDioYJThis was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

Service: excellent! There are new cars such as es8 to pick up and drop off the lobby to the parking lot/Dongpo Pavilion and other places at any time. The front desk/manager/cleaning aunt and other service staff are smiling. They also provide bath bags for bathing. The first round of minibar and welcome fruit are also good. The overall super four-star standard.
Environment: huge comfort, the whole town has a beautiful environment and easy to move, Dongpo Pavilion is very beautiful at night, there are many wild duck koi + two begging swans in the town.
Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the quality is very high. It is convenient to take a taxi around the hotel and can travel very quickly. I successfully discovered a cost-effective hotel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and will come again 😁

In spring, the entire hotel is surrounded by greenery. The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper always reminds and cares about us, and takes the initiative to help us locate the Chinese restaurant. The dishes in the hotel's Chinese restaurant are also very delicious. Dongpo Pavilion Hotel in the scenic area can also send a car to pick you up, which is very thoughtful. At the end of the check-out, the hotel also sent a thoughtful gift 😀 At present, the business surroundings of the town are not yet fully developed. I will go there again when it is more complete.

KKuailedeqinglongaThis is the seventh Atour I've stayed at, and it feels so good. Needless to say, the room is warm and comfortable and well-equipped. Those who have stayed there know that it is more comfortable than the bed and quilt at home (except for the rich, of course). What is even more unforgettable is the excellent service. From the front desk to the guest rooms and restaurants, every staff member is warm and friendly and responsive. You can sincerely feel that their smiles are from the heart rather than deliberately performed. With this in mind, I decisively applied for a membership card. By the way, the price of this place is very affordable, low enough to make people believe that it really has the legendary cost-effectiveness.

GGuest UserThe hotel has its own underground parking lot and a wedding banquet hall on the first floor. The hotel is soundproofed and had a good night's sleep in Yixing. The hotel has its own design and decoration style.
There are four-star quality but some small shortcomings, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated, and there is a separate bathtub. But there is no wardrobe, there are hanging hangers instead, and the room layout is still a bit compact.
The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, the category is completely enough to eat, and the taste is good.
I don't know why the hotel corridor and room have a milk smell 😂 haha

3320660****The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

MM23779****Over the years, I have been to dozens of cities in the Yangtze River Delta and stayed in dozens of hotels. I can say that this hotel offers the best value for money and I don't want to leave. I feel it is good in the following aspects: 1. The parking lot is large, there is a large square in front of the door, there are many businesses around, and it is very convenient to eat. 2. The hall is very grand, the guest rooms are decorated in a unique way, the bathroom is large, and there is a big bathtub. The two partitions in the room are cleverly arranged, giving people a homey feeling. 3. The dining room is large, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the waiter took the initiative to deliver tea to each table several times. 4. From the lobby manager to all kinds of staff, their attitudes are very friendly. As soon as I checked in, I was given a water cup and snacks were delivered to the room. The hotel experience is better than many five-star hotels. I still find something I am not satisfied with.
I have recommended it to many friends and will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserOverall it's better than expected. Every time I go back to my hometown, I have to find a place to stay. This time I chose this one. I was nervous after reading the reviews online. The reason I stayed here is that it's close to home. There are charging stations downstairs, which is more suitable for me. The hygiene is also better than expected. The overall regret is that it is close to the road. There was a window that was not closed well at night, so I didn't see it. I was woken up at around 1 o'clock. I got up to find the reason and then I couldn't sleep. I hope to arrange a room that is not close to the road next time

The location is not in the center of Yixing, but it gives you the opportunity to be surrounded by forest, explore the bamboo grove and even go to a nearby temple. There is a little pond near the hotel.
The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities.
The hotel staff even helped me to buy souvenirs for my friend! I had dinner at the hotel once, and it was delicious!
If you want a relaxing environment and proximity to Yixing attractions, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
