The hotel is right across from Yaohan, about 600 meters away, and Wanda Plaza is not far either, roughly a 6-minute drive, so it's a very lively area. Parking is underground and free. There are about 9 charging stations, and they have wheel clamps, which is really good as you don't have to worry about your spot being taken.
