The clerk introduced me to various room types in detail so that I could choose the suitable room. Positioning and navigation is very convenient to find the hotel, the warm small yard is full of flowers. The overall feeling during the stay was warm. Next to it was the street in Hufu Town. The river was quietly flowing in front of the hotel. At night, you could hear the sound of frogs and see the stars. The pastoral life was likened. The breakfast is simple and simple, and the umami porridge and homemade side dishes are delicious. All aspects of the facilities cannot be compared with the big hotels. The significance of the homestay is to be grounded, and it is just as short as integrating into the daily life of the town, as if visiting a friend's house.

It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. The courtyard is decorated in a Chinese-style courtyard style. The butler will contact you in advance before checking in. There are shuttle buses to take you to the scenic spots, which is very convenient (you can go climbing in the Dongpo Pavilion next to it). The attitudes of the front desk and butler service staff are very good. , our children were given motion sickness stickers because they were afraid of motion sickness. The back door of the hotel is Yada Town. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many check-in points. There are many performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I like it. The breakfast area will be perfect if it is upgraded. Will go again if I have the chance

The scenic area is beautiful and tranquil, the water show is enchanting, and the kiln fire show in the evening is absolutely spectacular. The B&B facilities are excellent, with exquisite details throughout; staying here was truly a pleasure. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come for vacation! GGuest UserIn fact, the surrounding environment of the hotel and the space of the hotel itself are quite satisfactory. The entire hotel uses a swimming pool as the core facility. The number of guest rooms is small and the room space is large. Compared with ordinary mountain B&Bs, it is actually somewhat luxurious. . There is also a small terrace to enjoy the sunset over the mountains.
But the only fly in the ointment is that the experience of the service team seems to be insufficient. Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs.
When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem.
Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end.
When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude.
Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team.

When I checked out today, they gave me some black rice as a gift. The Mercure brand is really good. I booked a Mercure in Yangzhou a few years ago. This time I tried it again and had a better impression.

Service: It was okay, quite welcoming. The children received a small welcome gift upon check-in.
Food: Breakfast was mediocre, and the coffee wasn't freshly ground.
Summary: During holidays, the price doubles, so I'd recommend visiting on weekdays or during the winter/summer break instead.

SSG ATHave been using this hotel many times already. This time round the room were newly refurbished and its very nice and pleasant. Room size and toilet is larger than before. The mattress were great, the firmness is just right and comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast spread very generous with local and international dishes to choose. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is just a short walk to the old city and very convenient for just anything and everything. You can find plenty of food and eatery shops in the old city.

The room facilities are good, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, a gym and laundry room, convenient parking, and charging stations. The location is not in the center of Yixing, but it gives you the opportunity to be surrounded by forest, explore the bamboo grove and even go to a nearby temple. There is a little pond near the hotel.
The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities.
The hotel staff even helped me to buy souvenirs for my friend! I had dinner at the hotel once, and it was delicious!
If you want a relaxing environment and proximity to Yixing attractions, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
