The room was hygienic and clean. The waiters were professional, enthusiastic, and answered questions patiently. The facilities in the room were good. The most surprising thing was that the mattress had a layer of latex. It was very comfortable and I slept well. The air conditioner heats up quickly.
I casually asked if breakfast could be given to me and the front desk actually applied for free breakfast for me. Thank you very much, it was very considerate. Breakfast ends at 10 o'clock, so you don't have to get up early to have it. I had a bowl of noodles and it tasted good~
The elevator requires a card, which is very safe, so you can check in with peace of mind.
The parking lot is large and tidy, and is very friendly to trams. There are 20 to 30 charging piles.
A very cost-effective hotel. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will book it again.

WWendy0605_The room was spacious and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. Most importantly, the mirror seemed to have a built-in beauty filter, making my skin look even better. The hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of options. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping staff were also very polite. They even asked if we were checking out before cleaning our room when we left with our bags. The location was also great, with the Baolong Shopping Mall nearby, making dining very convenient. Overall, a very good experience. Very satisfied.

The environment at the elevator entrance in the hotel corridor is okay, but the facilities inside are poor. The TV cannot be projected and cannot be watched. It is far inferior to the Hanting.
The point is there are bugs! ! When I checked in that day, I was bitten three times before I even slept. They were very big and itchy! ! I went to the bedside table and found the mosquito repellent. It was covered in dirt and fur, and it looked like it hadn't been used for a long time.

GGuest UserIt's great. I asked for a quiet room when I checked in, and I was arranged a room far from the elevator. I really couldn't hear any sound. The hotel is as clean, hygienic and warm as always. The attitude is good, the facilities are good, the toilets are automatically heated, there are welcome fruits and clothes to wash, and there are souvenirs when you leave. They will also ask if you want water, which is really nice.

SSuiyidexinqingI am a repeat customer. Ever since I found out that Hanting Hotel opened in Guanlin, it has been my first choice. First of all, 1. The lobby is clean and tidy, which makes people feel comfortable and classy. It also provides laundry services, which can be dried immediately after washing, which is really great. 2. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and sometimes gives away souvenirs. 3. The hotel environment is very good and parking is very convenient. You can park at the door and there is a large parking lot at the back. The key is that parking is free. 4. The restaurant is also very big, and the breakfast variety is very rich. I recently encountered their breakfast reform, and the breakfast is more delicious than before. There is also a secret sauce~ It is perfect with plain noodles. It's a pity that I didn't bring my phone. I can post a picture if you don't come. 5. The room was very satisfactory, the sanitation was very clean, the lighting was good, but I found that I forgot to bring conditioner, so I contacted the front desk with a fluke mentality. The front desk lady said there was a sample, and the robot brought it up very quickly. This hotel is really a treasure hotel👍

3320660****The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

Hygienic: The overall hygiene of the room is okay, that is, the pillow towel smells of oil, and the waiter said that it was changed immediately.
Service: The plastic slippers provided are really not like, the waiter changed them for a disposable, the attitude is very good, and the hospitality is very polite.
Facilities: I have traveled so many times. The first time I encountered a drum washing machine and dryer that charges. The wave wheel washing machine and double-cylinder washing machine next to it are free. Half of the debris piled in the laundry room is recommended for rectification.
The hotel parking lot is large, free parking, there is no dining around the hotel, there is a restaurant opened behind the hotel, the taste of the dishes is OK.
