"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"We stayed in a triple room at the Kiln Hotel, which was very spacious and offered a distant view of the B-line mini-train returning to its station. The lobby, with its red brick dome, was incredibly well-designed. A special thank you to our concierge, Tiffany, who communicated with us in advance to confirm details. Despite being pregnant, she was still diligently at her post, meticulously and thoughtfully explaining the scenic routes. She was both gentle and professional. I was truly touched by her dedication and professionalism, so I absolutely have to give her a five-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The ¥300+ double room with two breakfasts, bathtub, and swimming pool felt like a great deal. Everyone was very welcoming, check-in was smooth and quick, and they even gave the kids a small gift. We were especially grateful to Uncle Tan at the door, who helped us carry our luggage to the room and then helped us put it in the car when we left. Our trip to Yixing went very smoothly; we had a great time shopping and a comfortable stay. The only downside was the ¥48 breakfast for the kids, which was a little pricey, but the breakfast environment was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The wontons were very tasty and delicious."

"This trip was a completely relaxing getaway. We booked the Orange Crystal Hotel and arrived around 10 AM on Saturday. The hotel was very welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They poured us hot water, and seeing we had a child with us, they upgraded us to a family room. One thoughtful detail was that they provided a pair of adult slippers for our child (in case the smaller slippers wouldn't fit), which touched me deeply. Upon check-in, all the amenities were readily available: a mini-fridge, hairdryer, hand soap, and tea bags – very considerate. The bathroom was spotless, and the drain was fast with no standing water. The bath towels and bathrobes were excellent. We used the gym and laundry room on the third floor and had a great experience. I especially appreciate the help they provided in delivering my laundry to our room. Our takeout was delivered by a robot, which was safe and hygienic. The buffet breakfast on the second day was quite good, offering both Chinese and Western options. Several snacks and drinks were decent. Before leaving, I even took a dragon fruit juice with me. Then, I spent time with my child doing homework in the small lobby on the first floor. The front desk was very helpful in providing us with some scratch paper. Overall, this hotel stay was a fantastic experience, very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff."

"Location: Superb location right in Yixing's new CBD, by Dongjiu Lake. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping with malls like Wanda Plaza and Baibian nearby. Yixing Museum, Art Gallery, and Poly Grand Theatre are all within walking distance. Dining Experience: The 60th-floor restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and you can enjoy a panoramic lake view while you dine. The buffet is incredibly popular, attracting even local residents. It boasts a diverse selection of dishes, and the taste is excellent. Facilities: I highly recommend the indoor heated pool, which features a stunning glass ceiling and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitness center is also well-equipped. Service Quality: From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any request. The service was top-notch, making the overall experience truly exceptional. Overall, my stay was excellent and it's perfect for both leisure and business trips."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Wanda Plaza and close to Dongjiu Park, making it super easy to grab a bite, have a drink, or just enjoy a leisurely stroll. I was so happy the front desk upgraded me to an executive king room! I got to experience the city view from the 21st floor, and the hotel service was prompt and efficient. The room itself was quite spacious, and with the full-length mirror and glass, it felt even larger. Although you could tell some of the internal facilities were a bit older, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the view from the window was lovely. I also tried the swimming pool area, which was quite good – very clean. Plus, the pool offers a lake view, so you can swim and enjoy the scenery at the same time, which was a nice little bonus. The only minor drawback was that they weren't very prompt in refilling breakfast items. For two consecutive days, I had to wait a long time for them to replenish the dishes that had run out. The breakfast quality was okay, pretty standard, but for someone like me who enjoys noodles, fruit, and bread, it mostly met my needs, haha."

"Facilities: We booked the Tea Stream Room at Yaohu Grand Hotel. The room was very spacious, with a good separation of wet and dry areas, and the toilet and shower were separate, which was great. There was also a bathtub, which met our needs. However, there was no view at all; we just looked out onto the building opposite. That was a bit disappointing. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Environment: The hotel is located in Yaohu Town. Although it's in the town, it's quiet despite being central. The only downside is that a large area called 'Youyou Dachuan' was closed, and non-hotel guests could also enter, which felt a bit inappropriate. There are many interesting buildings within the hotel complex to explore. Service: Lisa provided excellent service. When we checked out, she gave us Coke and biscuits. When there was no shuttle service at Longyao, I messaged her and she replied very quickly. Other staff members, including the housekeeping aunties, were all very good, polite and discreet. When checking out, they said we could just leave the room card and didn't need to go to the front desk, which effectively reduced waiting time for guests. The mini-fridge had a good variety of drinks, and they also provided complimentary fruit. We used the 30% discount at the Water Kiln Bar and ordered Long Island Iced Tea and Blue Hawaii (the only ones left), which were very good. Breakfast was terrible. It cost 68 yuan for a child, and it was extremely crowded. There were too many people during the holiday."

"In the middle of Yaohu Town and Yixing City, close to the city, not far from the high-speed rail station. Opposite the hotel are RT-Mart, Weiqian Ramen, Pizza Hut, KFC, Overlord Tea Ji, Guyan. The ground parking lot at the entrance of the hotel is very large. The reason for choosing here is that there is no need to worry about no parking space when returning to the hotel at night; the mirror in the room is very friendly to the makeup MM; the breakfast room is not big, it is best to stagger the peak period of the tour group meal, the dishes taste good. In addition, the road conditions of the hotel back and forth to the town of Yaohu are very good, but there is no street light on the road from the town of Yaohu back to the hotel at night."

I especially like the floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow you to take in the beautiful city. The air conditioner is silent, and you can sleep well without being disturbed. Service quality: The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. They quickly checked in and upgraded the room type. The room response speed is very fast, and an extra set of towels is delivered within 5 minutes. The snacks for the night bed service every day are even more surprising!"

"The hotel offers the standard fares of the InterContinental brand, and prices are cheaper if booked on the day of arrival. It's relatively close to the city center. About 10 minutes from the train station. 20 minutes from Tao'erchang, Shushan, and Gu'nan Street. Further afield, it might take over half an hour. Taxis are readily available and quite convenient. The breakfast selection is too limited; there aren't even fried eggs."
