The cluster of buildings, nestled among lush trees, awaits guests with a grand and harmonious presence. The lobby is bright and spacious, with clearly defined functional areas. The front desk staff are all young, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I was assisted by Xiao Luo, and I regret not having asked for the full name of this gentle and refined Ms. Luo. She provided immense help during my stay, even arranging for a colleague to give me a Banyan Tree Group standard patterned gift: sachets of camphor wood shavings and a small nanmu wood pillow.
