The reason why I wasn't completely satisfied, is that they didn't understand first that I had booked the room on Trip and they were confused by registering a foreigner. Their description says, that this hotel accepts foreigners, so it shouldn't be a problem. They registered me, everything was fine, but it was too time-consuming.
