Host reception was warm and pleasant.

The staff were lovely friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and peaceful and I had everything I needed it was nice to have a few places next to the front to eat ..the manager was really nice my only bad point is that if you don't drive be prepared for the taxi drivers to completely rip you off I had to phone about 10 cab companies to eventually get a cab to the station 2 mins cost me £22 but that is not the hotels fault

My Mum lives locally in the town. Appreciate the on-site parking. Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly staff.

I would have given a high score but the sheer noise, disruption and pure havoc caused by disgusting residents having fighting matches in the rooms and corridor close to our room made the stay horrible. The staff were great I trying to deal with terrible guests but the noise still continued and doors regularly slammed hard. Didn’t sleep well at all 

The hotel is very njice a reward. The lkxation is from.the station a taxu or a bus . A hotel.aervice busses for this area . Lovely modern room. Great wet room. We run out of toilet paper and no other left in room. Bed was very comfortable. Hairdryer, iron and dressing gown in room.  Hotels fire alarm definitely worked as got woken at 7am to evacuate building. Security were very quick to sort issue, guest had lit candle in one of the rooms. Used the swimming pool steam room and spa which was free.  Good variety of food at breakfast with good view of surrounding grounds. Big car park free of charge

Great hotel . Liked ny especial stay learned more aplied tge bettrr self . Nearly time to fall awsy and yes i packed the case myself and tge ohibe is seitcged ooff .

Note from my engineer - This hotel was great, it offered large parking which was spacious enough for a large van and the rooms were extremely clean.

The staff were friendly   One of our rooms was far 2 small for a double   Plus mattress was stained quite badly room 3  bath was clean as were towels Other room was lovely and spacious    But very dirty   No cleaning   Plus the shampoo etc were empty( products obviously left by someone else) and shower jel been very used   Towels were clean  Bath was ciean   Tv worked well but very dirty had to wipe before viewing  hanging space wasn’t clean either for  clothes    Very disappointed overall

Nice student hostel. Convenient location for lectures in the campus. The kitchen has some kitchenware available.
