Complete in-unit amenities The units are equipped with air conditioning, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a TV, kitchenware, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Many guests describe the kitchen as clean and well-equipped. 3. Satisfactory service and security • 24-hour security. • Responsive staff, for example, when guests arrive early and are allowed to leave belongings. • The cleanliness of the unit and facilities is well maintained. 4. Spacious and comfortable rooms The 2-bedroom apartment is quite spacious and comfortable for a small family (a family of 4 is suitable).  5.
