Hotels with Parking in Hikkaduwa

A beautiful guest house, spent three weeks in Sri Lanka and constantly chose hotels with a breakfast included and decided to give priority to location and good reviews and did not regret This guest house has its beautiful kitchen with a large range of pans of pans pot bowls of blades for cooking. We went to the market and to the shop and bought food to cook delicious breakfast and snacks Rooms look very clean and new air conditioning works well eating their area on the balcony to drink tea and relax Good location, near the beach with the most beautiful underwater world as well as cheap supermarket and fruit fish market Recommended

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff member was extremely kind—he welcomed me with a cold drink upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my stay. He sent me a list of great places to eat, have coffee, and activities to do around town, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, very clean, and located in a calm, quiet area. There is also a shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals, and a washing machine available if you need to do laundry. I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent value for money, and we even received a souvenir upon check-out. The beach sand was incredibly fine, probably treated. Breakfast was à la carte, and we ate enough to last until lunch, saving us a meal!

Checked into the hotel earlier (at 12) without any problems. Luggage was brought to the room and 2 smoothie glasses were brought. The view from the room is gorgeous, right on the ocean. There is a swimming pool under the window, which is cleaned every day. The beach is long, but the ocean is very rough, almost no one swims, but this is just right for me. To the right of the hotel, a couple of kilometers away, is the turtle beach, it is calm there and you can always see a family of turtles. Go, you will not regret it. In the morning we were lucky and the hotel staff let us release small turtles, very cute and emotional. Breakfast with a view of the ocean and the dinner at the hotel were delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived at hotel at 5pm and staff didn’t know if we could check in despite there being a 1pm check in. Sink in room didn’t not drain, fan didn’t work and bed sheets had marks on them. It was just ok, wouldn’t rush to book again

Comfortable, budget-friendly stay near the beach. Great value for money. Tamara Motels is a family-run establishment located on Galle Road in Hikkaduwa, just a short walk from the beach. The location is convenient—close to shops and restaurants. I loved the motel's design. I was surprised when the owner told me he built it himself! The room was clean and spacious, with modern amenities, a huge balcony, a nice bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the railway and the jungle. I slept really peacefully there. Even the sound of the train passing by was soothing. The family running the inn is incredibly kind and helpful.

the good stuff - staffs are excellent - we felt very looked after - location is good too - hotel walk right out to the beach - the waves are majestic - excellent views - walkable to turtle beach - beautiful corals - beautiful sunset - breakfast was excellent - lots of good eateries around - gated space, safe - comfortable beds the not so good stuff - pool was under renovation - no sheltered parking - room amenities need an uplift - beds a bit narrow the bad stuff - wet smell in the corridor - wifi limited coverage/speed - furniture needs upkeep

The room itself is adequate. The air-con was strong and the shower was good. When I arrived, there was no one there. I opened the gate and walked in. I called the number to the property and the person who answered arrived shortly thereafter. He said no one was there because of the New Year holiday. He showed me to my room. I asked for one in the back, but he said he was having a party and that might be too much for me. After I got settled into a clean room in the front facing the traffic, there was no towel or soap. Late at night after I was asleep, I was startled by someone who began banging on my door and turning the knob several times to get in. I yelled at that person and told him to stop. It did stop and afterward, I felt completely unsafe. I got up to put my heavy suitcase at the door to prevent the intruder from coming in. The staff person had said to me that he was having a party, but then said it was cancelled. There were several men at the property when I returned in the evening. I'm not sure who the perpetrator was maybe it was one of them. There is no peep hole and the windows are frosted. I felt completely vulnerable. I didn't even think to call the staff person because I was frightened and sleepy. My advice is to be cautious if you stay here.

This hotel is all about show. All attention is paid to the exterior. The entrance and restaurant are beautifully decorated. The staff is attentive. The food is decent. All the rooms have a balcony overlooking the ocean. The view is wonderful, but! There's no access to the sea. You have to walk a long way to get to the beach (even though it's right on the beach). There's simply no soundproofing. You can hear everything in your room, including traffic from the street and music from the countless cafes and restaurants. Therefore, this is a hotel for young partygoers. You can have a blast here. If you've come to have fun, stay up all night, or go diving (there's a club right on the premises), then this is the place for you!

Stayed at Coral Sands Hotel for 10 nights in July 2024. Excellent location, next to the hotel there is everything you need: beach, cafes, souvenir shops. The staff was responsive and promptly resolved any issue I had. The buffet and restaurant are excellent! The food is very tasty and varied. The room is comfortable with working air conditioning, the sea view is stunning. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and recommend it to everyone!
