GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

FFmjpPolite and nice staffs. Check in and check out is fast. Room is excellent with a king sized bed. Nice interior and quality made. Clean and white bed sheets and towels. The bathroom and shower are very nice with good water temperature and pressure. The mattress is also very comfortable to sleep in. I think this is the best hotel in Iloilo. Surely will come back again.

GGian Alfred LosariaThe hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby was elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a luxurious first impression. Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience.
The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway.
The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day.
Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

CchocolatewingsBooked for 4d3n. Stayed with my grandmother who requires wheelchair use. Guards were helpful everytime she she needed to ride a vehicle.
On check in, room looks clean and smells nice e. They don’t offer daily cleaning, but you can request for it. No amenities included, but there’s a water dispenser on every floor.
The only con for me is that the beds and mattresses move. For example, if you sit on the edge of the bed, the mattress will move. Other than that, it was a really good stay.

UUangstanThe whole place was nice and the I like the small size like there's a mid size pool sorrounded by rooms. So basically the pool or even just the view is very accessible and visible from your room. There is also a small gazebo where they serve breakfast. So this again is very near to the rooms. So the small size feels homey. I can come back again but I just want to make sure that the hotel will not be fully occupied because if that's so then it will lose its charm due to overcrowding especially if there's an event. Which brings me to this topic - I booked and was confirmed for 2 nights but upon check in I was told Trip.com made a mistake with the hotel so they can't accommodate me on the 2nd night. In fairness to the hotel manager, she made arrangements for me to be booked in another nearby bigger hotel (with a good buffet breakfast) the following morning. Aside from this anxious moment, my stay was pleasant - attentive service staff, nice ambiance, passable breakfast since it's just plated with 3in1 coffee. Overall it's good value for money.

AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant 1-night stay at PearLi View Hotel Iloilo powered by Cocoten. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere with a nice view that really lives up to its name. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to rest after a long day.
The staff were courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient, providing easy access to key areas in Iloilo while still feeling peaceful and quiet.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend PearLi View Hotel to travelers looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant place to stay in Iloilo. Would love to come back again!

GGuest UserLOCATION: Very convenient. Right at the heart of the city. Essentially, one jeepney ride away from most of the known city attractions. A few meters away from the La Paz Public Market, home to some of the finest La Paz Batchoy the city has to offer.
ROOM: Nothing fancy. It gets the job done if you're looking for a place to stay and rest for an overnight business trip. It is just unfortunate that the room (Room 401) that got assigned to me was facing the main street. The sounds of the vehicles was audible from the inside. Also, the aircon was malfunctioning the entire night.
STAFF: Very friendly and kind.
Will I stay here again? Yes. Just hoping I won't get assigned to Room 401.

JJerick CarloThe room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

AAnonymous UserI booked two beds, but I heard later that a staff member accidentally assigned my reservation to someone else. They explained that Trip.com bookings don’t update accurately or quickly in their system. As someone who regularly stays here, this experience is really disappointing. I expected better consistency, especially since I’ve never had issues with my bookings before. I booked early specifically to avoid problems like this because I trust your establishment. However, your staff told me that I booked late, which contradicts the confirmed reservation I received online. How do you explain a confirmed booking being treated as late when it was already secured through the system?
