Beautiful stay! The location is great, walking distance from the beach, pharmacy, restaurants, ATM, gas station and many other things. You can rent a bike through them. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and super nice. The only issue I had in my room was the drain in the shower was very slow. I felt like I was standing in my own filth, I had to quickly shower so it doesn’t flood the rest of the bathroom which was a bit annoying. I mentioned this to them and I’m sure they’ll fix it. The water pressure was great! Overall, this was an incredible stay and would stay here again! 

the room is clean,the receptionist is good to talk,and provides good information and advice on the island attractions.the location is average,close to restaurants and cafes.

We stayed on February 17, 2025 in Sunset Bungalow No. 6 The friendly staff greeted us, we left our things at the reception and went for a walk along the beach, since it was still too early to check in. The beach amazed us with its beauty, but the entrance to the water was a bit rocky. We took a kayak and swam near the shore, snorkeled and it was time to check in. The bungalow had a pleasant fresh clean aroma, flowers were laid out on the bed and welcome drinks were waiting for us. The view was incredibly beautiful, I am attaching a photo. There were drinks and snacks in the room, which is very convenient, since it is quite scary to walk to the shops at night. I especially liked the kitchen and the bar, the cocktails were quite well prepared. For breakfast, we were given a questionnaire to fill out where we could indicate our food preferences. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, you will understand everything from the photos) This hotel has touched our hearts, we will definitely come back again.

The resort has just re-branded. They are developing and improving their resorts , facilities, services. There is high speed internet all area and strength signals. The most strength mobile service signals is AIS but they just equipped more for True/DTAC. The room is clean and comfortable bed. I recommend you bring your soap, shampoo … (Hotel provided but not good enough for me). There is personal beach in the front of resort. It really nice but many big stones. If you would like to swim in the sea, I suggest you swim far from the beach area.

Райский уголок с приватным бассейном! Отдыхали в апреле месяце, на море был сильный отлив, поэтому наличие бассейна очень скрасило отдых. Уборка номера каждый день, но бассейн в номере не чистят от листьев, приходилось вызывать. Завтраки в формате шведского стола, отличный выбор, но однотипный. Порадовало наличие на завтраке соковыжималки, каждый день у тебя свежий сок от морковки до арбуза. Все что разочаровало - это коктейли на баре: дорогие и невкусные, приготовленные неправильно. На ночном рынке коктейли намного вкуснее и дешевле) Ну а так, идеальный отдых за свои деньги.

Captain Hook is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet. The villas are nice, we stayed in a room with its own mini pool. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel can help you arrange boat rides, scooters to rent, ferry tickets, etc. Some amenities the resort offers are massages, fire shows, snorkeling, kayaking, and skiing. You should know that there is no beach in front of the resort, but it’s a quick swim/canoe to the beach across from the resort. The restaurant and bar sits right on the water and offers various western and eastern options. We would definitely recommend the fried chicken wings! It was a great holiday and we would choose this resort again when we travel to Koh Kood in the future.

Пляж рядом ! Едальни магазики рядом . Но едальни в 20 00 закрывают если нет посетителей имейте ввиду . И это нас заселил в домик хеллоу Китти . Он реально ля весь розовый ! Аренда байка у хозяина дорогая в плане того что мот уставший а стоит как хороший новый . Но до аренды далеко топать. Ну а так хорошее место ,тихое ,деревня прям )

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the Mak Trat and I can’t begin to say how wonderful, new, clean and well kept this place is. We arranged a hotel pick up from the Ao Nid port and within 5-10 of our arrival they came to pick us up, and took our luggage straight to the room. The villas are extremely charming and the beds are very very very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious as well and the food at their own restaurant, and the amenities like the swimming pool area are very clean, beautiful and inviting. The staff is very kind and helpful informing you about day trips and also, you can rent a scooter at the hotel itself. We’re in love with this place I would 100% stay there again. Highly recommend!

In the double bed bungalow: The location is good, but you can hear the traffic on the street. Reception speaks almost no English. The terrace is very nice. Stuffy bungalow, hard mattress, no place to hang anything, large bathroom and at night we had a small snake in the bathroom! The employee we called came without a hook and therefore couldn't remove the snake. It disappeared behind the wall paneling and the employee walked away laughing! We were scared all night!!

There is a period when the water does not flow. After we played the waterfall There is no notice of the guests in advance. When the water does not flow, we can't contact the hotel as well. Called no one to pick up and didn't call back. Breakfast is a choice. But give very little Garlic Pork Rice is not full at all, the pan egg is also very small, even if you give 2 eggs. (According to the picture) The canal water at the back is beautifully painted. But different from in the review photos on Facebook is Quite rubbish Starting a bit A little bit The cat at the hotel is cute. But when eating The cat is a bit threatening. Knocked our shirt too Must call the staff to have someone interested in taking the cat out. Overall, not stamped Staff service mind
