SStefanDEVery nice motel, loved our short stay there! Sparkly clean, modern & spacey room, super friendly & helpful service, great location. Definitely check out the beautiful scenice road along the river ride behinde the motel. Decently priced, very comfortable beds, nice free coffee and even free laundry. We also slept very nice in the comfy bed and had no issues with noise although it’s directly located on a big road and next to an active railroad. Overall, really recommended!

GGuest UserGreat location for those focused on kennedy space center or cruise tour. Large rooms with kitchen amenities. Reasonably priced laundry rooms. Adequate sports facilities with gym, swimming pool and basketball hoop. Free EV car charging station although there is only two available. Breakfast was good and what you usually get in residence inn in general. Very quite and comfortable beds
Would have been better if there were more ev car charging stations, cleaner and larger swimming pool, but this is to get to 10/10 from 9/10.

GGuest UserReception was great. Check in smooth. Room clean, updated and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
One downside was a loud neighbor, but she settled down about 10:30. Unfortunately, she woke up at 5:30……
Not in control of hotel, I know. But next time we use this hotel, I will be sure that my room doesn’t have an adjoining room door. Made the sound like it was in the room.
Despite the noisy neighbor, we will definitely use this hotel again. Everything else that was in control of the hotel was very good.

YYoendrisExcellent service, everyone was very friendly. We don't speak English, but there was a guy at the reception who spoke Spanish and he served us very kindly. Excellent service. I recommend it. The beach is very close. We had a lot of fun. I hope to come back soon.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great. I loved the oceanfront view, especially higher up. Mr. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and most helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Brian who rent out the umbrella and chairs (get there early to rent for the entire day $40) was also very respectful and laid back. The only problem I have is paying for parking at $9.95 per day. It is a hidden cost that if a person is on a tight could run into problems at the end of their stay. Oh, since COVID, you must request housekeeping ahead of time if you want your room cleaned. Overall love my stay and hopefully will return soon.

My only complaint on this trip, they had no heat in the lobby (Come on folks, that’s an easy fix) It was freezing trying to have a few drinks at the lobby bar. Overall a great place to stay, fantastic Front Desk staff

GGuest UserThe front desk is very welcoming, the hotel is in a good location, just off the road on the island, across the road from the resort to the beach, the beach is evener than Miami, the sand is fine, the seagulls fly, the most important people. The rooms are clean and there is an open-air swimming pool, a great place for a summer holiday in Cocoa Beach.

GGuest UserThe accommodations were spacious. Before our cruise we booked a one bedroom. After cruise upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Because I am a reward member. Beautiful. Pool was great. Restaurant so so.. I didn't like to go to bar to order . Then food was brought. Refill on soda was very nice extra. Nothing around we had friends so they drove to dinner. We had no car this trip. So it's limiting. So gift shop. Be nice to have a minimal and a small novelty store for. Last minute souvenirs. I liked it altho our elevator was out near our unit the entire time.

DDutchiesVoor de derde nacht van ons verblijf in het America's Best Value Inn and Suites Melbourne kregen we helaas een kamer toegewezen met een zeer onaangename geur. Dit was uiteraard niet ideaal, maar het personeel reageerde snel en professioneel toen we het meldde. We ontvingen direct hun excuses en werden zonder problemen naar een andere kamer verplaatst, die helemaal in orde was. Deze snelle en nette oplossing zorgde ervoor dat dit kleine ongemak geen verdere invloed had op ons verblijf.
Verder was het verblijf wederom aangenaam. De kamer was schoon en goed verzorgd, en de medewerkers bleven uiterst vriendelijk en attent, zoals we al eerder hadden ervaren.
De aanwezigheid van wasbeertjes rondom het motel was ook deze nacht weer een leuk extraatje, die het verblijf toch iets unieks gaf.
Al met al was dit verblijf weer goed opgelost en naar verwachting, ondanks het tijdelijke ongemak met de geur. Het motel biedt een prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding met uitstekende service.
