Hotels with Parking in Contra Costa County

Very good hotel, complete facilities, large rooms, convenient and safe parking, good quality breakfast provided, comfortable and clean bedding, will stay again

Very convenient location close to Sunvalley shopping mall, grocery stores (two Safeways), family entertainment like Six Flags Hurricane Water Park. Also saw the 4th of July parade in downtown Pleasant Hill. My only complaint is the hotel’s parking lot was re-paved for two days when we stayed. there were limited and no parking spaces on the premises so we had to park quite far from the hotel and walk back with luggage and groceries. We were charged US$10 per day to use the hotels parking lot but I felt we shouldn’t have been charged the two days we could not park our car at the hotel’s parking lot due to it being under construction and road was re-paved.

The hotel was specialized in health clubs and saunas, so it was better. Walnut Creek was a quiet neighborhood, so I was able to relax quietly. The interior was clean. However, it was a pity that the shelf in the bathroom was somewhat rusty.

There was an error on my reservations, I had selected a king size bed and I was given a two queen size beds. Both were the same charge of 149.00 dollars. I contacted trip.com to correct the error, I was told it was not possible. I contacted the hotel, they also said it wasn't possible. When I went to the hotel to check in, I explained to the check-in person that was there at the time, which happened to be a lady I cannot remember her name, my apologies. She was nice enough, and friendly enough to accommodate me in this mix-up. So thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my stay as always. I have never had a bad experience at this particular Hotel, which is the courtyard in Richmond Berkeley. So once again thank you to the hotel, for accommodating me in my situation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and the room was clean and as described the amenities, including the breakfast and the gel were a nice addition as well as convenient locations around the property like a local gym and a local restaurant. so it’s easy to find things that you need well as walking distance from stores. there’s plenty of parking for guests, but there is not a lot of parking for anyone else. and they are very strict about the parking and where you park.

The room is clean and tidy, that is, if you book for many days, you will not change the sheets and towels every day.

So happy to have found this hidden gem in San Francisco! The Indian gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful; he printed documents for my child and despite needing several attempts due to various issues, he maintained a great attitude throughout. We had to leave early for an unexpected reason, and when we informed the staff, they immediately agreed to refund the remaining two nights. The room was very clean, parking was free, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the BART station. Plus, there's a huge Ross store right next door. Absolutely loved it!

We love the location. Right across The Veranda and many other shops. The room assigned to us was spacious, clean and beautiful. Hotel staff are all nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again in our future visits.

Everything was about right, except the breakfast. The Clariion offered a variety of cereals, but no milk.for the cereal. The vast majority of cereal eaters add milk to this dish. Something minor and possibly a personal sensitivity is that a hotel was once traditionally supposed to be a home away from home and guest were to be welcomed as hosts would wanted guests. In my several contacts with the front desk, I was treated properly and competently but not welcomed, not with a smile and wishes that I enjoy the hotel. Doing what I'm suggesting wouldn't cost the Clarion anything, but it would likely make your guests more likely to return.

This will definitely be another place I will stay at again. It is in a nice area with lots of options for food and close to the gym where my basketball team I coach plays at.
