All was good. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Ice machine out on first floor and where as I didn’t eat the breakfast, my husband said it was not up to La Quinta’s standards. The eggs and biscuits were cold. 😬😵💫
The service was great the food was good location was OK to places OK clean but I think they’re a drug motel because I didn’t feel safe Because of the people moving around late at night all night and then one of the other resident wrecked into my car and then that person lied to the insurance company and when I called to inquire about the surveillance it was broken down so I couldn’t get the videos of the wreck
Location is across the highway from the local airport; we heard few planes. Recently renovated room was very clean. The first evening, we called the service desk about a malfunctioning A/C unit. A maintenance technician responded within five minutes; after unplugging it and plugging it back into the wall, it functioned well the remaining three days of our stay. Breakfast buffet area was spotless and included DIY Texas shaped waffles, toast, muffins, two cereals, coffee, and orange juice. Service desk replaced each of our two room key cards after they stopped opening the door.
This is one of those old ladies who used to be quite a charmer back in her prime. Today, the place is wilted and trying to stay fresh, but is losing the appearance battle.
As far as service, the front desk is terrific. The price is OUTSTANDING, but don’t expect frills. This hotel was once probably a big center of attention, and even had a nightclub.
The room I was given was quite clean, although, again, appeared to have sagged over the years. There are definite flaws (shall door had no knob, washer/dryer weirdly placed in a passage hall, incongruent furniture, drapes that don’t seem custom to the size of the windows).
The paint is fresh, but glaring in its attempt to be ‘bright’.
Still, it’s clean, bug-free, and everything ‘functioned’ as it was intended.
Recommended, but guys might handle it better than ladies.
If youre looking for low budget accommodations you can trust, then this Motel 6 in Beaumont has you covered. No its not the Ritz but thats not what you’re expecting with a low budget hotel. The rooms are clean, free of cockroaches and the front desk staff are excellent. That’s what you’re expecting and this place delivers. I stay here a lot for work and the rooms are always reliably comfortable.
