GGuest UserCame for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and tasty. The pool, gym and basketball court were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is a bit hidden though so it's not so easy to find.

GGuest UserSuper good experience, there are super delicious cookies at the front desk, breakfast is also good (standard white breakfast) hotel two beds are king size bed. The microwave coffee machine in the hotel is very complete. Service attitude is also very nice. The health is great and there is no taste. You can also make your own waffles for breakfast.

喝喝咖啡的HanCompletely wonderful hotel. It almost feels like a 4 star hotel with the exquisite furnishings they used from the lobby, hall way, and the room. The location is fantastic as you have almost everything you need in walking distance such as restaurant, supermarket, departmental store, theatre.

The Amway Hotel, a Hilton Collection in Grand Rapids, consists of two parts, old and new
The old building part of the hotel, originally the Pantlind Hotel, opened in 1913 during the prosperous period of Grand Rapids, and was rated as one of the top ten hotels in the United States for many times in the first half of the twentieth century.
The Pantlind Hotel is a Beaux-Art architectural style, which was a popular architectural style in France from the 1830s to the end of the 19th century. The hotel had the largest gilded ceiling in the world at that time, and a huge crystal chandelier and other luxurious decorations.
In 1979, the Amway Group purchased the Pantlind Hotel, renovated it, and reopened on September 15, 1981. The Ford couple Ye, who lived in Grand Rapids, attended the opening ceremony.
The 29-story glass building on the riverside side of the old hotel was completed in 1983, which is also part of the new building today
Although Grand Rapids is a relatively silent city in the United States today, its past painting glory still radiates light

OOwen GongI have stayed here twice. I always choose this hotel every time I come here for a meeting. It is on the main road and close to the airport, so transportation is convenient. The lady at the front desk is very friendly.

GGuest UserDisappointed in the cleanliness of the room and hallways. Carpet in room is stained in several areas - large. There is no way I would be barefoot in this room. Water supply was extremely low and neither the sink nor the shower drained properly - left us feeling quite gross. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they step up their game.

Bummed that the hot tub wasn't available. The hot tub has been covered, so there isn't any. :(
The food was pretty good, I appreciated the options.
The furniture in the room needs updating. The table in the sitting area was really wobbly. Also the desk and table in the sitting area have stains all over them. I thought the room wasn't clean when we got there, but it was just stains over the years.

DDChiNice locations, clean room. Only downside was the some breakfast items were missing and nothing offered as a replacement. They also allowed me to check out later than the usual time which was really appreciated
