Hotels with Parking in Sunnyvale

Paid extra for parking and breakfast, plus a service charge that I didn't notice when booking. Everything else was fine. The hotel is right across from In-N-Out, and there are lots of restaurants nearby, so the location is very convenient. We even drove to a Korean supermarket.

Really spacious room, with well equipped kitchen angle, microwave and hairdryer. Huge comfortable bed. Nice choice of snacks for breakfast. The underground garage is a plus, however charged additionally $10/day, despite leaving car outside in the sun or underground. In the reception you can get help if you will be licky enough to spot younger people, as the ones from the other shift are not keen to answer you good morning.

After staying for 2 days the previous week, I went to the national park for 2 days on the weekend, and then returned to Wittle for 4 nights. This time the room has a large sofa and coffee table, which is more suitable for leisure. The sound of the indoor air conditioner is a bit loud. I don't know why I can book a room after the third day from the platform, but I went directly to the front desk and told the uncle at the reception that he immediately helped to solve it seamlessly. The uncle at the front desk was very amiable and provided us with a more comfortable room as much as possible. The room is cleaned every day, with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, which can simply store or heat food. Private cars can be parked directly at the door, which is very convenient. There are dumpling restaurants and Sichuan restaurants nearby. You can walk to the 24-hour Safeway in a few minutes to the south, closer to the Rosse store, and 8 minutes walk north to Target. In short, Wittle inn is a convenient and warm place to stay.

On the positive side, the receptionist upgraded our room to one with a balcony without us even asking. However, a few things were subpar. We understand that mistakes happen from time to time, but what made it worse was how they handled the issues with zero apology. 1. We checked in to find the body wash dispenser completely empty and we only realized it late at night. The night receptionist provided three small tubes but couldn't replenish it. When we asked the front desk again the next morning, we were told to find housekeeping. We tracked down housekeeping, only to be told to go back to the receptionist. 2. The bed linen had an obvious stain, and we weren't sure if it was still wet, so we just covered it with a towel. We decided not to complain further because it was already late that night, and the receptionist hadn't been very helpful with the body wash anyway. 3. Breakfast was pretty much gone by 9:29 AM. The kitchen staff was there initially but didn't do anything. A receptionist helped us try to locate them around 9:35 AM, but no one could be found. They finally showed up and replenished only the scrambled eggs at 9:55 AM, nothing else, but by then, it was already too late for us. The receptionist actually told us to file a formal complaint anyway, mentioning it has been a recurring issue.

Was pretty disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning. By the looks of it, it has not worked for sometime nor do they have intention to bring it back online. Other than that, the facility was good. Breakfast left a lot to be desire however.

The advantages of this hotel are: 1. The transportation is quite convenient. You can get there after getting off 101 and walking to the two lights. 2. The facilities are also so-so, and there are all the facilities. Disadvantages: 1. The sound insulation on the top floor is very poor, and some rooms have poor ventilation. Please check before checking in. 2. The breakfast is very average. And the buffet breakfast dares to ask you for a tip. Everyone must remember to refuse her and write 0 tips. I have stayed here many times and always wrote 0

Very clean and the service staff are also very nice. Although breakfast is charged, coffee and lemonade are self-service. The fruit said 1 yuan per piece, but I had to pay for it, and the waiter said it would be given to me for free. The environment is also good. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied. The only downside is that the air conditioner is too noisy, but given the weather in CA, it's okay not to turn it on. Some passengers were talking loudly at the front desk in the middle of the night, which was quite noisy.

Overall it's clean and convenient for self-driving on the edge of the highway. Everything has to come with motel, understandable. The disadvantage is that it is a bit noisy near the high speed.
