Amazing
TTanchengyufengThe room is atmospheric, with a big bed and a three-person sofa. The kitchen utensils are complete, and there is even a bar and a large refrigerator, suitable for living. The surrounding commercial facilities are fully furnished and very convenient.
JJIEDid not choose to live in Salt Lake City, but chose this place is right, the room is large and the breakfast is very rich and delicious, the price is too cheap, the price is quite high, the nearby Utah Lake is too beautiful, the Domino's pizza at the hotel entrance is too delicious Still cheap
ZZHUL****Every time I visit a customer, I choose to live in this house. The hotel is convenient to enter and exit, and the service attitude is good. The room is clean and tidy, I will stay here next time, and I will recommend it to my friends.
GGuest UserThere was long black hair on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean. There was stuff on the counters that I washed off. Also had to clean the walls.
Basically, they failed at a cleanly bathroom. We had a suite and it was double booked so we had to go to another room. Beds are very firm😡
LLuxWanderbyISBLWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip. Highly recommended!
刘刘The unexpected surprise of this hotel, the large room facilities are very good, and we upgraded the suite, which is very good feeling. Outside the window is the snowy mountain, so close. The traffic is also very convenient, close to the Salt Lake City Expressway.
BBartThe pool was very cold, not heated, never have I stayed at a hotel that had an indoor pool that was that cold. We chose your location because we were including our grandchildren for a vacation which part was to swim with them. It was too cold. This was also noticed by all of the guests that we talked to who only could use the jacuzzi since it was heated. I had told the staff through text when they asked how my stay was and they said that is standard, and they only heat to a certain level. I later asked if they could get approval for us to swim at one of their sister hotels and they said that was not possible unless we were staying at their hotel. I was in the hotel business for 5 years with Quality International so I am used to situations like this. Since we were staying multiple days I was asked if I wanted my room made up each day and I said yes, 1st day it was not done, and I had to ask and it was not done until 5pm.
KKEFUProvo itself is not big, so there is nothing around, there is a fast food restaurant when you eat, and the hotel itself can provide food. It’s quite close to John John’s University and it’s quite good. There is a little blonde girl at the front desk who looks good and has been to Chengdu, Shanghai, China.
GGuest UserI was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!
GGMGGCheck in person was very friendly. The room was clean , beds were comfortable, Breakfast was great. There were a few spots in the room on yhe doors that could use a paint touch up.
