The room was spotless, all the facilities were new, and the stay was incredibly comfortable. The room had a small kitchenette, which was very tidy and practical. They also provided complimentary drinks and wine, showing their thoughtful attention to detail. The accommodation itself was very comfortable, and the service and complimentary drinks were generous. Overall, the experience was fantastic – a perfect score! In short, highly recommended!!! A wonderful travel and accommodation experience.

The room was incredibly spacious. The only downside was the lack of a table, which I wasn't used to. Otherwise, it was truly top-notch. We had to trouble the cleaning lady several times last night, but she never complained. She was really kind. What touched me most was that the caregiver reminded us on our night of arrival that there would be breakfast in the morning. He reminded us again as soon as we left in the morning, repeating this several times. I guess he was worried we might feel embarrassed to eat it, haha. Breakfast included porridge, eggs, stir-fried vegetables, and steamed buns.

The boss sister was very enthusiastic. The navigation led us to the parking lot behind. The boss also came to pick it up. During the stay, he accidentally touched his hand. He sent band-aid, iodophor, and cotton swabs to the room. He also asked us about breakfast time. The result was late the next day. The boss specially heated it, which was really intimate.

During the National Day holiday, due to some reasons, the owner didn't arrange for us to stay at his own guesthouse. However, the owner's service attitude was very good, and he actively arranged for us to stay at another guesthouse. In the morning, he even helped us find a taxi to Haohanpo and gave us two complimentary breakfasts. However, the guesthouse that was arranged for us at the last minute was really just average in terms of environment, facilities, and cleanliness. It was just so-so, enough for one night. I hope the owner will strengthen the order management in the future and avoid situations where customers cannot be accommodated, as this will greatly affect the reputation of your guesthouse.

Because I had to go to Zhengzhou to take the high-speed rail at 9 o'clock, I wanted to rest in the lobby. The uncles and aunts were not impatient at all! Instead, they brought us water and bananas from time to time, and fried cakes for us a little later in case we were hungry! It's really so nice! With such a boss, it's hard not to be happy! Booked it to be closer to Shaolin Temple. It's very close to the mountain gate and you can walk to the mountain gate. But you still need to buy a sightseeing bus to the Shaolin Temple Permanent Hospital and Pagoda Forest, otherwise it takes a long time to walk. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is quite convenient.
