"We travelled as a group of 6 adults and a baby. They were able to accommodate us to teepees just next to each other which was really helpful for a group trip. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt, with specific numbers for reception, in room dining and in house spa. The resort is closely connected to treasure bay and right next to another resort that shares the bay. Water activities and scooters for rent at 20% discount for guests. Teepee were well air conditioned and barely any creepy crawlies. Groups can hang out at the close by tables near the teepees or in their tents where there is a table, some stools and bean bags + a fan for hot days. Buggy within the resort was handy as well if you are staying far in. Service was immaculate - always so friendly and helpful."

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. While the resort itself is lovely—we especially enjoyed our seaview rainforest villa—it was the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. The service and hospitality were incredible. The staff went above and beyond, from enthusiastically helping my husband coordinate birthday surprises to providing exceptional service at every meal. We were consistently impressed by the team members who delivered and beautifully set up our room service, the housekeeping staff who kept our villa pristine, and the thoughtful team who surprised my son with a fantastic turndown treat. The genuine care shown by the staff is the primary reason I would return, and I truly hope the resort continues to value and foster such an amazing team. Regarding the amenities, while the resort does show its age, it didn’t detract from our experience. Our only suggestion would be to refresh the villa pools, as we encountered some issues with water clarity during our stay. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend the resort for its world-class service. Shout out to Winny (reception), Daus, Lilik, Darwis, and Hamid who made our stay (and my birthday and Mother's Day) truly magical! I also want to compliment the staff of all three restaurants: Treetop (they made my son his favorite orange and carrot juice every morning), Saffron, and Cove — food was great but service even better."

"Great resort with lots of facilities: families can really spend time swimming, playing the whole day within the hotel. My only complain will be for the prices. The food within the resort is really expensive. All activities are expensive, even renting the surf board is 220K IDR per hour. Which I think is very expensive. Other than the price, the staffs are friendly and everything run smoothly and well."

This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Hospitality from Beginning to End** This was one of the best family holidays we've had. From check-in to departure, every interaction with the staff was sincere and heartfelt. You can tell that everyone genuinely enjoys looking after guests. A special highlight was the spa. My mother enjoyed the 90-minute full spa experience after the reception patiently explained the different packages to help us choose the most suitable treatment. The Chinese-speaking masseuse was exceptional and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Our daughter also had an amazing holiday. She loved Earth Basket, where Kiki made the visit engaging and fun, as well as the watersports, especially her first-ever banana boat ride, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We also joined the complimentary stargazing sessions on both evenings. Idu and his colleague on one night, and Rusdi and his colleague on the next, shared fascinating knowledge about the moon, stars, navigation and astronomy. It became one of the most memorable activities of our stay. The front desk team, especially Haykal, Feronica and Gian, were always quick to assist us through WhatsApp and in person. Breakfast had an excellent variety every morning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculately maintained. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Mustika, whose leadership and personal warmth were evident throughout the resort. Seeing him personally come over to bid us farewell before we left for the ferry was a wonderful way to end our stay. The Residence Bintan delivers genuine hospitality in every sense of the word. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bintan and look forward to coming back again."

"Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The room was soundproof, ensuring a very good night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that the beef and chicken we ordered for lunch were very tough and hard to chew. However, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service, which made our whole family very happy. We would definitely come back again."

"Had a wonderful solo retreat at Bintan Pearl. Very quiet and peaceful.. The staff were awesome and accommodating. Room was clean and I think just renovated. A few minor renovations ongoing still but it was ok. Would stay there again."

"Staying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!"

"We had wonderful weekend at HOMM Laguna Bintan. The manager, Mr Kris and staff - Benny warmly welcomed us during the check -in, making us feel at home right away. The FO team was very helpful in arranging our dinner reservations at Saffron and Cove Restaurant at Banyan Tree Bintan, which we truly appreciated. The view was absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay"
