"This is a wonderful hotel for families the pools and facilities are fantastic and great for kids and families. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. On check in you do have to deposit 2000 pesos per night, but while you are eating at the restaurant you can charge it to your room and pay out of the deposit. There is not much outside the resort so most meals will most likely be spent there. The food is very nice with a good selection and breakfast/dinner buffet available or have a la carte."

"This was a wonderful vacation because I chose a hotel that was perfect for me. I booked an executive suite, and from the lounge, I could see the sea and the blue sky, enjoying the seamless view. The breakfast offered a wide variety of seafood and many local fruits. The bananas in the Philippines are incredibly rich and fragrant. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay here again and enjoy the executive suite. In the evening, I wanted to try my luck at the casino, which was very convenient and safe. This was truly another fantastic trip for me."

"Nestled in a quiet corner of the city, this hotel offers peaceful surroundings and lovely sea views. The staff, from the front desk to the management, were incredibly kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with friends. The only downside is that it can be a bit tricky to get a taxi or arrange a drop-off, so keep that in mind when planning your trip."

"The resort’s splendid. It was my 2nd time coming here. But I was pretty disappointed with the check in time. We came to the hotel around 3 pm in the hope that we can directly check in without any hassle but it was pretty disappointing that we had to wait for one hour to get our room and we were given a different room than what we booked. One thing about the floor inside the hotel hallways to the elevator .. was wet , it could be dangerous if people slipped. Though I still enjoyed the facilities specially the pool. THANKS"

"Liked this place. Not quite sure what was newly renovated as the room was still quite basic and no hot water to speak of. Fortunately the amenities (pools) made up for it. It’s far from other amenities for shopping etc and the shuttles are limited and generally full but grab is easy to hail. It’s a shame they don’t allow grab drivers with food in though and you have to meet them at the gate. If you don’t want this service affecting your catering business then improve your catering facilities to offer more of what people want. Highlight - pools and inflatables, beach clearly man made and more like concrete than sand. Low point - loud and noisy functions in the numerous tented venues."

"First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Dusit Thani, For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose Dusit thank by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is because of the service given to us! "Lovely hotel . Nice and quiet, situated in a quite place for relaxing . Ordering taxi’s to go out of the resort was comfortable. Breakfast needs a little more flavour. Staff was helpful. They have a tour guide on site to assist with any trips. Great work"

"I have been using Costabella for nearly 20 years and have always considered it a pleasant, well maintained hotel. In fact I even got married here! However, during my most recent stay, the experience fell noticeably short of expectations. We booked a poolside room and, after check in, I was genuinely surprised to find that the room was on the third floor. Based on my many previous stays, I had always understood poolside rooms to be those adjacent to the pool at ground level. If you are booking a poolside room, be aware that this may not be the case and expectations should be managed accordingly. The room itself was a little dated in style, but it was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay, which helped offset the older décor. The pool area is relatively small but generally well maintained. Unfortunately, it was extremely crowded throughout the day due to the large number of day pass visitors. As a result, there were no chairs or loungers available for hotel guests for most of the day, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the beach area was clean and pleasant. The food was the main let down. The buffet breakfast would rate no more than 4 out of 10. Much of the food had not been replenished, including empty juice and coffee stations, and what remained was cold and unappetising. However, it was better on the second day. Dinner was equally disappointing. Several main courses were served cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen twice. In the end, we cancelled two seafood dishes altogether, as reheating raised concerns about food quality and safety. The steak, which was once a highlight of Costabella for me, was extremely tough and far below the standard I have previously enjoyed. Overall, Costabella still has many positive qualities, but this stay did not reflect the standards I have previously associated with the resort and this will be my last visit. Unless the quality of the food and the management of guest capacity improve, I would find it difficult to recommend Costabella based on this recent experience."

"The breakfast buffet were so good. They cook the egg as per your request and as the way you preferred, serving fresh from the pan❤️. You can totally enjoy the delicious breakfast with the mesmerizing sea view. The location is far from the main road, taking you away from the noise and buzz of the city to the serene and calm sound of birds and sea breeze. Good place to relax and have fun with the amenities."

"The entire resort consists of 1-2 story buildings, giving it a real vacation vibe away from the bustling city. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. You do have to be patient with the slower service, like dishes being served, which is common in the Philippines, but then again, we were there to enjoy a 'slow-paced life.' If you want your room cleaned quickly, you'll need to call the front desk specifically, otherwise, it typically won't be done until after 3 PM."
