"A beautiful hotel with a naturalistic style – both the rooms and the grounds. Good breakfasts, and the town center is within walking distance (the path isn't for the lazy, but you can also take a boat for 100 baht). There's a small private beach, a couple of almost deserted tiny beaches, and Long Beach (the descent to it is quite steep, but there are ropes). This is one of the best spots on the island for snorkeling and observing reef sharks. There are downsides, but they're not critical – the tap water is salty and bitter, and boats constantly whiz by, creating a lot of noise, but you get used to it. We didn't see any monkeys at the hotel, but there were plenty of cats, and they're fed here, which is great. Mosquitoes weren't a big bother either."

"The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it."

"Phi Phi Island is great for couples and singles alike! There are bikini-clad beauties everywhere – a real feast for the eyes. The nights are incredibly lively, with bustling bars and exciting beach performances. 😊 The service at Phi Phi Anita is excellent, especially the hotel staff who helped us with our luggage all the way to the boat. The hotel breakfast was also very good, probably the only decent meal we had as most places on the island serve Western food, which my elderly family members weren't used to. Remember to bring plenty of cash! Besides 7-Eleven, pretty much everything else on the island is cash-only!!!!"

"This is a fabulous place to stay. It’s tucked away in the corner of a beautiful beach so it’s peaceful and chilled but still walking distance (5mins) to the main shops, cafes, bars and harbour of PhiPhi. The bamboo huts are very solid and appeared to be really well sealed so no bugs getting in and excellent at holding the cool air from the air conditioner inside. Very comfy bed, soft bed linen, good pillows, bathrobes, bottled water and good quality toiletries all provided. Gorgeous bathroom with great showers. Welcome drink and snacks provided in the room. The breakfast buffet was incredible- so much choice and everything was delicious. We also ate lunch here one day and dinner here one night and both were delicious, The swim up pool bar was a real treat with happy hour 2 for one cocktails from 3-5 as well as delicious smoothies ice cream and made to order sushi available. The pool is stunning of with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool towels supplied. Also possible to hire canoes and stand up paddle boards to take out on the bay. (1 hour included for free for all guests). The staff were lovely at all times. A delight to deal with at all times. Lastly yes you can hear the noise from the bar across the bay in the evenings from 10 to 2:30 am but the resort supplies ear plugs and we all slept perfectly fine every night. If you are sensitive to noise maybe bring some noise blocking ear plugs but don’t let that be the reason you miss out on staying in this stunning resort."

"Deluxe Room: Quite basic, a bit dated, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. BUT! Good soundproofing, a new air conditioner, a quiet location, and the pool is large and clean with spacious grounds. There's even a horse you can feed! Excellent value for money. 👍"

"This was a wonderful place to stay. Amazing views and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet (if you get the choice, it's worth signing up for it). Cats roaming the property and island; great if you're a cat lover like me- if not, no worries, they pretty much leave you alone unless you seek their attention. The only drawback I have is that no matter how many people stay in the room, you get only one key. This is because the key is inserted into a ”socket: that powers the air and lights. Conservation is important for resources on the island. They will, however, let your other roomies in any time, day or night, by stopping by the front desk. If you're not used to it, be aware that Thai beds in general are very firm. Not much padding."

"The hotel location is absolutely amazing, Breathtaking views, quiet, relaxing, Natural, access to snorkelling. The food they had in the hotel: some of it was really really good, and some of it was not so good. The only weakness is the fact that the logistics to get there by boat are quite complicated ~ I found a single fast boat provider which can directly access the resort but they only have one boat a day all the rest require you to stop and switch companies in the middle. Once i found out which food in the resort was better i ordered that more frequently. If you wait for low tide you can walk along the beach to get to the village and avoid the other resort but during high tide that's impossible. A staff were very good and provided access to snorkeling equipment were happy to help you drive up the steep mountain and even helped with luggage whenever needed (We always walked down, but the walk back up was hard, and were happy for their service). 酒店地理位置绝对令人惊叹，景色令人叹为观止，安静、放松、自然，可以浮潜。他们在酒店吃的食物：有些真的很好，有些不太好。唯一的弱点是，乘船到达那里的物流非常复杂~我找到了一家快速船供应商，可以直接进入度假村，但他们每天只有一艘船，其余的都需要你在在中间停下来换公司。一旦我发现度假胜地的哪些食物更好，我就更频繁地点。如果你等待退潮，你可以沿着海滩走到村庄，避开其他度假胜地，但在涨潮时这是不可能的。工作人员非常好，提供浮潜设备。他们很乐意帮助你开车上山，甚至在需要的时候帮忙拿行李（我们总是走下去，但走回去很难，我们很高兴他们的服务）。"

"I hate to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I have to in this case. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach, and if you don’t encounter the problem I did, it would be a wonderful place to stay. My room had an issue every morning where hundreds of black flies would appear. I’m not sure where they came from, but as soon as I woke up and turned on a light, they would start arriving inside the room and swarming around the light fitting. I bought a can of Baygon spray, treated the room, then went out for an hour before coming back to clean everything up myself. Once the sunshine outside became brighter than the light inside, the flies would disappear. They only came in the early morning. Perhaps it was only this particular room in the main block that had the problem, and I was simply unlucky to be assigned it."

"This resort is beautiful. It is on the side of the island and about 15 minutes walk from the centre. They have somebody that takes your bags to the hotel, that is very confenient. Rooms are very big with aircon. They have a pool that can be used and chairs next to the ocean. Breakfast was very nice. They only thing missing for us, was a good bar. But for the rest it was very nice."

"The room was quite old and looked a bit spooky. However, the view was absolutely stunning; four out of five stars for the balcony view, and four stars for the service from the Chinese-speaking gentleman at the restaurant and the staff who arranged the boats (because the front desk lady doesn't deserve full marks). The front desk lady was very unfriendly. I had initially booked a room, but then my parents decided to join the trip. Since the hotel was fully booked, I had to book a room at the hotel next door. Also, the hotel next door didn't charge extra for children, so my child stayed with my parents there. When the front desk lady found out, she very sternly told me that if a third person was found in our room, we would be fined double, to which I replied 'okay'. Later, when my husband arrived, she sternly reiterated the same warning to him and insisted on charging for my father's boat transfer (the boat from the neighboring hotel left earlier, so I took their boat first to check in for both hotels, while my husband and father took this hotel's boat). However, there was a Chinese-speaking gentleman in the restaurant whose attitude was excellent, and I'm very grateful for his help (we went snorkeling and got swept away by the current; this gentleman and the staff who arranged the boats were very friendly, promptly arranged for rescue, and comforted my father. Many thanks to them)."
