"Booked the cheapest room, but got a free upgrade upon arrival. Also they allowed me to check-in earlier, which was very nice. The house I stayed in was very clean, no bugs at all. Some things to keep in mind: - the resort is quite big, so if you end up staying in farther houses, you’ll need to walk to the restaurant and Viking beach for around 5 minutes. The pathways are kinda steep, so it can be inconvenient for elderly and kids or at night; - the walk from the pier to the resort takes around 25 minutes. The views along the way are spectacular. The pathway is manageable even if you wear flip-flops, but I don’t think you should try it if your group has an elder or a kid. I’ll attach some photos of the path for reference; - there’s a lot of cats! Sadly I didn’t have any cat food with me. So if you have a chance, bring cat food! 😁 - you can actually walk to the Long Beach, it will take 5 minutes or so. But the path is not for a weak… You need to hold ropes to climb or to get down. The last photo is the part of that path."

"The hotel location is absolutely amazing, Breathtaking views, quiet, relaxing, Natural, access to snorkelling. The food they had in the hotel: some of it was really really good, and some of it was not so good. The only weakness is the fact that the logistics to get there by boat are quite complicated ~ I found a single fast boat provider which can directly access the resort but they only have one boat a day all the rest require you to stop and switch companies in the middle. Once i found out which food in the resort was better i ordered that more frequently. If you wait for low tide you can walk along the beach to get to the village and avoid the other resort but during high tide that's impossible. "DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! The details provided in the description are very misleading. There is no reference to the fact that the bedrooms are swamped by club music and base thumping between 20:00pm and 2:30am every day. So severe is the noise pollution that rooms are provided with complementary earbuds. However, you can still hear the music and thumping noise with those in. The main purpose of a hotel is to provide a comfortable place to sleep. Given that the rooms are not soundproofed, I found it impossible to sleep until the early hours of the morning for the three nights I stayed at this establishment. Having raised a complaint with the manager, I was moved, for the last night, to a bungalow, which is supposed to have less noise pollution. That is true, but the music and thumping are still to be heard, and kept me awake until around 2:30am. Whilst the source of the nuisance is not the hotel, what has frustrated me the most is that the disturbance - which is clearly a regular occurrence - was not disclosed in the marketing. Of course, by doing so they would most certainly put customers like me off, but at least the hotel would have been honest, and set fair expectations. I would never stay at this hotel again, and recommend that you all avoid it!"

"First, the pros: – Convenient location – close to the ferry. – Friendly staff: they helped carry our luggage and allowed us to check in early. Now, the cons: – The hotel is clearly in need of renovation. – We were given a windowless room, despite windows being shown in the photos. It was very difficult to be in the room without natural light. – The air conditioning didn't work properly: it blew hot then cold air intermittently. – The bed was uncomfortable. – The spoons in the room were so old and tarnished that they were unpleasant to use – we didn't even bother making coffee. – The toilet seat was yellowed with age. We're not picky people, but unfortunately, we were disappointed this time."

"This is my third year in a row staying here. It's a two-story building with good rooms and a super comfortable bed, plus a pool. It's not beachfront, but it's only a 5-minute walk to the sea, which is actually better because there are no crowds of tourists. It's very quiet. Breakfasts are available. We even saw an iguana on the property!"

"Great location if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the crowds. If you miss the hustle and bustle or want to visit the clubs, you can take a private taxi boat to Tonsai for about 1,000 THB one way. We stayed in the Ocean Sunset Room. Just a heads-up: it’s located on a hill, about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Hotel has free buggy shuttle between 6:00-22:00. However, it's the perfect spot for sunset lovers since you can't actually see the sunset from the beach itself. Great value for couples! The private pool offers total privacy (perfect for swimming naked! :) )and an amazing view of the sun going down. The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony, but it felt a bit dated. The main issue was the water pressure in the shower - it was extremely low, which was disappointing considering the price. Breakfast was okay, pretty standard. If you’re looking for a great meal nearby, check out a local restaurant called 'Banyan' -delicious food, fair prices, and excellent service."

"This resort is beautiful. It is on the side of the island and about 15 minutes walk from the centre. They have somebody that takes your bags to the hotel, that is very confenient. Rooms are very big with aircon. They have a pool that can be used and chairs next to the ocean. Breakfast was very nice. They only thing missing for us, was a good bar. But for the rest it was very nice."

"Upon arriving to Tonsai pier on Phi Phi Island I was afraid of an overcrowded beach packed tourist spot, we secured a longtail straight away and were taken to Saii resort about a 30 min boat ride. It does take some effort or time I should say to get there from Krabi, Koh Lanta, or Phuket but very worth it. We came from Koh Lanta on a ferry. 1.5 hours and then longtail to resort .5 hours. We were welcomed in the beautiful open air surroundings, check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful and even made arrangements for our departure from the island to the airport in Krabi for days later. The resort is clean a beautiful. We had a Sea View Villa which was fabulous, clean, newly remodeled, and large. Huge front porch to sit on steps from the beach or pool. It was very adult, a quiet easy family or couple environment. Lot's of sitting areas, a seating area at night to listen to a local band. Food at the resort was good but as expected somewhat expensive, food and village out in town was quaint nice and much cheaper. We enjoyed a bit of both. The views, pristine water, serene environment, clean rooms, wonderful staff....spent three days at Saii, and I would go back again. Pics on the website were pretty accurate. If you going to go, which you should, stay for a few several days. It's worth it."

"I hate to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I have to in this case. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach, and if you don’t encounter the problem I did, it would be a wonderful place to stay. My room had an issue every morning where hundreds of black flies would appear. I’m not sure where they came from, but as soon as I woke up and turned on a light, they would start arriving inside the room and swarming around the light fitting. I bought a can of Baygon spray, treated the room, then went out for an hour before coming back to clean everything up myself. Once the sunshine outside became brighter than the light inside, the flies would disappear. They only came in the early morning. Perhaps it was only this particular room in the main block that had the problem, and I was simply unlucky to be assigned it."
