Scenic Hotels in Phi Phi Islands

"Booked the cheapest room, but got a free upgrade upon arrival. Also they allowed me to check-in earlier, which was very nice. The house I stayed in was very clean, no bugs at all. Some things to keep in mind: - the resort is quite big, so if you end up staying in farther houses, you’ll need to walk to the restaurant and Viking beach for around 5 minutes. The pathways are kinda steep, so it can be inconvenient for elderly and kids or at night; - the walk from the pier to the resort takes around 25 minutes. The views along the way are spectacular. The pathway is manageable even if you wear flip-flops, but I don’t think you should try it if your group has an elder or a kid. I’ll attach some photos of the path for reference; - there’s a lot of cats! Sadly I didn’t have any cat food with me. So if you have a chance, bring cat food! 😁 - you can actually walk to the Long Beach, it will take 5 minutes or so. But the path is not for a weak… You need to hold ropes to climb or to get down. The last photo is the part of that path."

"This is a fabulous place to stay. It’s tucked away in the corner of a beautiful beach so it’s peaceful and chilled but still walking distance (5mins) to the main shops, cafes, bars and harbour of PhiPhi. The bamboo huts are very solid and appeared to be really well sealed so no bugs getting in and excellent at holding the cool air from the air conditioner inside. Very comfy bed, soft bed linen, good pillows, bathrobes, bottled water and good quality toiletries all provided. Gorgeous bathroom with great showers. Welcome drink and snacks provided in the room. The breakfast buffet was incredible- so much choice and everything was delicious. We also ate lunch here one day and dinner here one night and both were delicious, The swim up pool bar was a real treat with happy hour 2 for one cocktails from 3-5 as well as delicious smoothies ice cream and made to order sushi available. The pool is stunning of with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool towels supplied. Also possible to hire canoes and stand up paddle boards to take out on the bay. (1 hour included for free for all guests). The staff were lovely at all times. A delight to deal with at all times. Lastly yes you can hear the noise from the bar across the bay in the evenings from 10 to 2:30 am but the resort supplies ear plugs and we all slept perfectly fine every night. If you are sensitive to noise maybe bring some noise blocking ear plugs but don’t let that be the reason you miss out on staying in this stunning resort."

"I specifically came to Koh Phi Phi this time to experience the slow-paced island life of the locals, and I absolutely fell in love with this island! The little cats wandering everywhere on the streets were well-behaved and friendly, letting you pet them without fear. We randomly found a local travel agency and booked a pirate ship tour for 1800 Thai Baht, which was an amazing experience! We boarded at 12 PM and returned at 7 PM. This route only caters to island residents, so you don't have to deal with the large crowds from Phuket, making the experience completely different and much more comfortable. Compared to the bustling and noisy Phuket, Koh Phi Phi's overall atmosphere is much more relaxed. Instead of just recommending this hotel, I'd suggest that anyone visiting Phuket should definitely spend a night on Koh Phi Phi! The quality of hotels on the island doesn't vary much; generally, you get what you pay for. Accommodation is just a temporary stop; the true joy of Koh Phi Phi is never about the hotel itself. If you prefer a quiet, relaxing, and crowd-free vacation, then the northern part of Koh Phi Phi is highly recommended! The entire area is filled with high-end luxury hotels, most of which have private beaches, offering excellent privacy. Our stay this time was around Tonsai Pier, which is the most popular and lively core area of the island. You can choose between these two different vacation vibes according to your preference."

"- Super convenient location, few minutes walk to the beach. - Friendly staff, greeted with smile and helped to carry our luggage all the way from the pier to the hotel. given wet tissue and cold mineral water during check in, and the check in process was super quick! - Rooms are abit old and noisy during the midnight but it was acceptable. - They even helped to decorate for birthday, super grateful & memorable ❤️ good stay with this price, thank you will come back again for short stay!"

"The location of this hotel is great, and the view from the pool is undeniably incredible. Unfortunately, I feel like they count on this as the main feature and hope that we will see past the old rooms and average breakfast. For the price paid, I do feel like the rooms could be upgraded slightly as they were old and dusty. The breakfast was okay, but it is not outstanding by any means."

"The hotel location is absolutely amazing, Breathtaking views, quiet, relaxing, Natural, access to snorkelling. The food they had in the hotel: some of it was really really good, and some of it was not so good. The only weakness is the fact that the logistics to get there by boat are quite complicated ~ I found a single fast boat provider which can directly access the resort but they only have one boat a day all the rest require you to stop and switch companies in the middle. Once i found out which food in the resort was better i ordered that more frequently. If you wait for low tide you can walk along the beach to get to the village and avoid the other resort but during high tide that's impossible. A staff were very good and provided access to snorkeling equipment were happy to help you drive up the steep mountain and even helped with luggage whenever needed (We always walked down, but the walk back up was hard, and were happy for their service). 酒店地理位置绝对令人惊叹，景色令人叹为观止，安静、放松、自然，可以浮潜。他们在酒店吃的食物：有些真的很好，有些不太好。唯一的弱点是，乘船到达那里的物流非常复杂~我找到了一家快速船供应商，可以直接进入度假村，但他们每天只有一艘船，其余的都需要你在在中间停下来换公司。一旦我发现度假胜地的哪些食物更好，我就更频繁地点。如果你等待退潮，你可以沿着海滩走到村庄，避开其他度假胜地，但在涨潮时这是不可能的。工作人员非常好，提供浮潜设备。他们很乐意帮助你开车上山，甚至在需要的时候帮忙拿行李（我们总是走下去，但走回去很难，我们很高兴他们的服务）。"

"Overall, we booked for 4 days but only stayed for one, not because of the hotel but because of the sea, as it was always low tide there. We moved to another beach, Long Beach, which is simply excellent. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the beach, amidst numerous stalls, shops, and bars. We had 4 rooms in total; generally, the rooms were clean, towels were clean, and toiletries like shampoo and shower gel were provided. The balconies were clean with ashtrays, and the bedding was good, spotless and clean. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The pool was also clean and cool. We stayed in mid-March. The hotel is well-located, not far from the pier; we walked there easily with our suitcases and even stopped at a 7/12 (convenience store) along the way, as it's right next to the hotel."

"First, the pros: – Convenient location – close to the ferry. – Friendly staff: they helped carry our luggage and allowed us to check in early. Now, the cons: – The hotel is clearly in need of renovation. – We were given a windowless room, despite windows being shown in the photos. It was very difficult to be in the room without natural light. – The air conditioning didn't work properly: it blew hot then cold air intermittently. – The bed was uncomfortable. – The spoons in the room were so old and tarnished that they were unpleasant to use – we didn't even bother making coffee. – The toilet seat was yellowed with age. We're not picky people, but unfortunately, we were disappointed this time."

"The location is decent, but I'm not sure if it's because we're Chinese, but both rooms we were assigned were at the very end of the hall. We tried talking to the hotel, but they said they couldn't switch our rooms, even though we checked in at 11:00 AM and the hotel seemed to be mostly occupied by Europeans. Our room was right next to a bar on the street, and it was noisy until 3:00 AM."

"The location is very easy access. The staff will wait for you at Tonsai pier and access by the long tails boat to the resort. The room is cleaned. Food is delicious and wait no long. The staffs are very nice and kind. Especially, Mr.Sakai, he is very good taking care of us and we saw him very well organized his team. We are happy with the breakfast and all environment at the resort. Recommend to stay here and we will go back to stay here again during our vacation for sure!"
