GGuest UserThe receptionists were very helpful. The courtyard was large and beautiful, and there was parking available for rented cars. We arrived in the afternoon, and the pool water, having been left to dry all day, was at the perfect temperature. My husband and I played in the pool, enjoying a very pleasant and comfortable time. There was also a laundry area and a washing machine in the courtyard. Although the sun was strong, the shady spots were quite cool and breezy. We sat in the courtyard for a while in the evening; it was very peaceful. The breakfast was plentiful—the rice noodles were delicious!

The whole room is very short and narrow, and the window opposite the bed is very short and cannot be opened, which feels depressing. 2. The room is not well ventilated. There is only a small window at the back of the room for ventilation. After entering the room, there is an obvious smell of lime mixed with mold (sensitive to smell). 3. The room is divided into one floor and two floors. The first floor is a bathroom, and there is no place to put open boxes. If you put it at the door, it is inconvenient to take things at night because the door is a fully transparent glass door and it blocks the way. This place is suitable for people who drive their own cars, otherwise you have to take a taxi to go out, because there are no buses and shared bicycles. We stayed for 3 days and took a taxi to the Dolphin Bay Hotel every day. It is better to stay in the B&B in Emerald Bay (a community near the Dolphin Bay Hotel). The rooms facing the lake view in the hotel are okay. Our twin room is on the shady side, and the balcony faces the outer wall. If the lights are not turned on, it is a dark room. The lights need to be turned on during the day. The hotel breakfast is simple but can meet basic needs.
