"Overall, my stay was quite good and satisfying. The hotel facilities and services were excellent. The breakfast was varied and varied, and the housekeeper, Xiao Zi, was attentive and always responsive to my questions. The bespectacled lobby manager also left a good impression. During the summer vacation, many children were staying at the hotel, and there were many activities. The hotel also hosted a karate tournament, so there were a lot of guests. They even provided express check-in for individual guests to avoid long waits. They also gave us a small gift upon check-out. A few shortcomings: I feel staff training needs improvement. Some staff members were new and a bit rusty. Sometimes items were missing from the room, but they were delivered promptly upon request. In short, their attitude was positive, but their skills could be improved. Overall, it was a good stay and a good value for money."
