"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and we enjoyed the view from our balcony as well. Speaking of the balcony, I believe that all rooms are ocean view, which is nice. The rooms are very spacious, very clean and even though there were many families with kids near us, we didn't have problems with the noise. I really liked the variety of food for breakfast, as that's the only one I've tried. The beach is accessible by crossing the road at a nearby crosswalk, so you could say that it's a few minutes away. The only thing refarding the location is that there aren't many attractions nearby in Ajman. However, they do have a shuttle to Dubai Mall. Overall, we liked our short stay here."

"Our experience at Fairmont Ajman hotel was superb great and all the staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. From reception, housekeeping,F&B, pool attendants they are all kind and genuine staff. Kudos fairmont. What we love the most was the room upgrade with sea view. free bday cake for my daughter’s bday, and the food and service."

"I had an overall pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. The staff were professional, and the amenities were great. However, I noticed some stains on the carpet in the room, which slightly affected the cleanliness impression. I did not try the food, so I can’t comment on that. Other than that, everything was good and comfortable."

"Warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. checked in with the attentive Egyptian duty manager, she noticed I was exhausted from the long trip and kindly express checked me into a nice room. Ajman is a modest laid-back Emirate in comparison to the other bigger globally linked Emirates, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The local Shaikh of this small Emirate of Ajman developed the beach in a beautiful natural way, using the scarce resources they have at hand. The hotel is beautiful with a nice beach view, the majority of the guests are Europeans who like the sun at the beach ⛱️ . You will be occasionally sharing the hotel with members of the local dynasty that permanently reserve the top floor."

"It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care"

"It is a good establishment to sleep: location close to everything, there are rooms with a beautiful view, the facilities are correct. The hotel definitely needs a refresh but its current state corresponds perfectly to the quality/price ratio. The staff is very helpful and friendly but they are not enough which lengthens the processing time of requests. In short, if you are looking for an establishment just to be able to rest at night after a busy day outside, this is a good deal. Otherwise, there are 5* neighbors next door."

"Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment"
