"Everything was good. Loved the view from the balcony. The only thing was the staff when we came for check in at night. The employee was not rude or misbehaving but he/she was explaining everything so fast on one sentance that I could not say anything. Overall I will recommend the place."

"A particularly good check-in experience. The front desk is friendly. They can cook, which solves the embarrassment of not being able to find food on Christmas Eve. The air conditioner in the room is a bit loud. This is the only drawback."

"Breakfast is simple but can be full room is relatively large parking is free, air conditioning noise can be accepted very warm, 1000 meters from the hotel, there is a large barrel, Huahua supermarket, supermarket, supermarket, Chinese food, I eat the big drum rice noodles, the taste is generally very expensive, others are pretty good. There is a Canadian Aviation Museum nearby with children who can take the tickets to the children 10 yuan adults 15 yuan parking 3 yuan per hour"

"We had 2 fire alarms in 2 days, nobody told us when we’ve made the reservation. Fiest time ppl we’re afraid , we had to go outside… NO STAFF explain nothing to us for too much time. I asked at the front desk and the woman there just ignore me. The other woman that was there didnt either explain I had to asked what’s going on is it a practice or not ? Ppl were actually afraid… She told yeah in the most nonchalant way. Also when we arrived, there was still hair and stuff in the bathroom that I had to remove. Ive check in early I must say but they told it was ok that the room was ready. Clearly it was not 100% clean. Breakfast is very VERY basic. I had to told front desk that coffee was empty… Plus, the first guy that welcome me at the front desk was not sympathetic. If you have the budget to go elsewhere just do it."

"Room is in good size even for a family. There 5-6 lifts but there are always long queues for lifts there. The lifts do not seem to serve their purpose well. In the morning, the hotel controls all lifts. You can’t press Down Button for a life to come down to check out or to the car park. You have to wait till someone who comes out to where you are on a lift way up or down. Never found hotel lifts operating so weirdly 😳 After checking out, I tried to take the stairs case to go down to the car park, I couldn’t do that because a room key was required to access the staircase😖 The electric door lock for our room had been beeping most of the time. Informed hotel to fix it."

"Located in West Ottawa, the hotel is conveniently located next to the market, with Walmat walking for 10 minutes and Ottawa Outlets nearby. The room was clean and the front desk staff was warm. The hotel’s restaurant is also good, offering burger sandwiches. Free parking"
