"First time in Vegas, stopped for 4 nights from Australia whilst heading to see family in USA. Got an upgrade of suite as I mentioned it was my birthday. Checkin was about 20 minutes in line but once it start at desk was smooth and efficient. This Resort fee ($60) is just another way for Hotel to collect money. When asked what it was for I was told it’s for wifi, pool, gym and local calls. I checked in at 4pm and pool closed from 5pm. Got a refund for one day. Suite was big but dusty. Mentioned to cleaner in morning after showing her areas thick with dust and she vacuumed. (Note: a free up-graded dust mean lowering of cleanliness). Maintenance came to change AC filter. Hotel gave me $75 meal voucher. Hotel is bang on Strip. Unless going to gamble/get drunk and party … the city of Vegas is expensive and disappointing . PS Andrew is a ‘freelance’ driver and so much cheaper to hire. Paid $31 from airport to hotel (8 minutes ride). Andrew was $15. He will also take you to food shops etc for $10 to save money if on budget and don’t want $20 burgers."

"We arrived a bit late on the first day, around 6 PM. We had booked two higher-priced double rooms with street views, but at check-in, we weren't given adjacent rooms. Instead, we received rooms in completely different directions and far apart. One room faced a side street, and the other was a corner room right by a major road. From the outside, it was clear they were on the interior side of the building, with no real street view. To make matters worse, the glass windows were completely covered with a grid-like advertising film, making it impossible to see anything. We paid extra for a nice street view, so this arrangement was completely misleading and not what we paid for! It's disappointing that the price here was the same as on the official website, but booking here didn't come with any vouchers. The rooms themselves were fine, a bit smaller than the Bellagio's but felt newer. It's convenient to stay here if you want to see David Copperfield's show, as it's right downstairs. There weren't many Christmas decorations; the Bellagio had the most Christmas spirit in the whole city."

"The Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. I didn't care for the buffet. Way over priced, limited hours and the food not so special. Nothing open after 10 p.m. to eat and no fridge or microwave in the room.! Also, no comps for reward players. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time."

"it was my first time to stay with same price with Cosmopolitan hotel. i was exciting but disappointed. the room was okay but the carpet was dirty with some stain and towels has unpleasant smell. the room has no sleeper,no cattle, no refrigerator,,,(only minibar) and no nexflix. Casino is very busy with the strong smell, it was the most full of smell among the casino ive been to, so if you bring your kids, i dont recommend here. so same price with other fancy hotel, i'd rather choose others."

"The room was quite spacious and cleaned daily. It's well-equipped and even has an exhibition, although there's an extra charge for it. The location is a bit out of the way, making transportation a bit inconvenient. The bathroom is large with a great shower (good water pressure and separate wet/dry areas)."

"The location was good as it was in the centre of the strip. The check in was fast but they seemed to charge for every small thing and I felt the check in staff was trying to convince me to go for an upgrade The room was acceptable but they refused to give me a king bed ( even though it was available) and even though I requested them that I was travelling with my partner, I was told that as I had booked through Trip website I would have to pay additional USD 20 for king bed although the booking specifically said I would be provided if available- which it was, but they wanted extra payment and also I was provided room without a view because I refused an $ upgrade and I was told on the face that this was the case. This is not a good policy- I can understand if nothing is available but if at the time of booking it was mentioned and If you are a couple and bed is available then they should consider. The beds were ok and the shower was small but usable- better water pressure in the shower would have been good. No basic amenities like other hotels such as coffee maker, fridge ( they asked $20 for fridge????) were provided in the room. No late checkouts were allowed even for an hour - they asked $20 per hour for every hour over 11:00am- all other hotels I stayed in US consider slightly late checkouts. The luggage storage facilities were good and the checkout was easy. The lobby and casino area were intermingled and was full of **** smoke and smell. So in summary the price is cheap but you get what you pay for."

"Everything was good but not great. Expect a long line if you're checking-in in the evening. The total price for room, fees, and taxes were slightly more than originally quoted through Trip.com. When I mentioned it the person checking me in looked straight in my eyes with no smile and said you want me to go over the fees again? I didn't need that. I think she probably heard this many times and was pretty much telling me she's tired of hearing it. I guess this is expected. The room was clean. I enjoyed PT's sports bar the best. Oh, and Top of the World restaurant was good also. Ordere Ribeye that was cooked to perfect temperature but was salty. But I guess you go there for the view and not the food."

"Booked through this site, but no coupons were offered, which was quite disappointing 😠. I booked two rooms and arrived at 2 PM for an early check-in, but the front desk still assigned us two rooms facing different directions and quite far apart. I was really unhappy with this arrangement, especially after giving a $20 tip. The parking lot is small, and it's hard to find a spot if you get back late (around 5 PM), plus it costs $25 per night. The room wasn't as good as I'd imagined; the decor felt a bit outdated, and the shower area only had a glass partition, no door. I feel like the street-view rooms at MGM have newer, cleaner, and more comfortable decor with better views. Although they're slightly smaller than Bellagio's, they're over $100 cheaper per night, offering better value for money. However, Bellagio definitely has the most atmospheric Christmas decorations in the entire city. And if you want to see the O show, staying at Bellagio is super convenient since it's right downstairs."
